    Boubacar Thiam and Terry Conner are both very helpful. They made my car buying experience exciting and easy. They both have customers for life!   • This dealer is deceptive and dishonest (Irving Dobbs)

    In Short we agreed to buy a GL350 gave 2500 as a deposit and later they started calling it partial payment, but when unexpected business came up and we could not make it in they sold our vehicle to someone else and will not give us our money back. In an attempt to compromise we would have taken another vehicle but they insisted we have to buy a similar unit and could not buy anything else. They basically stole our money and have lied repeatedly and I have the emails to prove it

    • First of all thank you for your feedback and thank you for the opportunity to earn your business. Mercedes-Benz of Oklahoma City recognizes that sometimes a customer cannot take delivery of a vehicle and from time to time we are required to return any partial payments that have been placed on a specific vehicle. However in this instance it was not made perfectly clear by the customer that they were not purchasing the vehicle or requesting their partial payment be refunded. We held more than one vehicle in this parties name for over 6 weeks while awaiting completion of the transaction, which they guaranteed would take place. Over the course of the transaction three separate individuals claimed to be decision makers and only at their request did we release the vehicle for sale to another buyer. Ultimately for the safety of the original party who placed the order we asked that the original card-holder contact us to request a refund of the funds, to this date that individual has not contacted us. As of the time of this response the partial payment has been refunded and we welcome the opportunity to do business with them at a later date.

    This dealership had a used vehicle listed on cars.com for under $49,000. Recognizing that the offer was an acceptable market price, after some negotiation we clinched a deal at $48,500. This was approved by the manager, the sales order was drawn up, and a $3,000 deposit charged to my AMEX card. The salesperson I worked with, Dale Fieker was pleasant, responsive, and professional in his salesmanship. Now, the Preowned Sales Director informed me that "we were in error in selling our [vehicle] at $48,500. My General Manager has ... refused to allow this sale." This is not only unprofessional and unacceptable, it may be unlawful. I am sincerely surprised, as I have read the great reviews, and believed that purchasing a vehicle from a Mercedes Benz dealership would afford some risk aversion. I am personally ashamed of this dealership, and will pursue complaint through all available channels. My local Mercedes Benz dealership has never treated me in this fashion, and I feel sorry for those in the Oklahoma City area who have to depend on a dealership that would act in this manner.
    • Mercedes-Benz of Oklahoma City would like to apologize for the confusion relating to the pricing of our vehicle. Our vehicle was originally listed in error on our website for $48,991. The General Manager identified this error and immediately updated the pricing within our website pricing tool. Although we discussed pricing with you and took a partial payment we never had a signed contract that bound both parties to the discussed deal. Mercedes-Benz of Oklahoma City has a proud reputation in our community and we take seriously our commitments to our customers however from time to time data entry errors take place when entering information online and we reserve the right to make changes prior to any binding agreements.

  • Arrogance!

    This is the only MB dealer in OKC and they know it. I found their sales staff to be knowledgeable and polite, and the dealer also has an excellent inventory. We were looking for a GLK. Being a young couple the sales manager evidently thought he could take advantage of us. He quoted us a $890 a month lease on a 42k GLK. He stated that leases were always more than a purchase at MB and that was the best he could do. I left and went to Dallas where I found that MB was actually running a lease special on the GLK for $479 a month. The manager at OKC never once mentioned this. I'm still not sure what he was thinking. If he had been straightforward I would have probably left there with a car. I have always been impressed with the professionalism at this dealer however I have heard stories about their pricing. If you go here you'll pay more for sure since they are the only game in town. Drive to Dallas if you want the best price.

    Just wonderful experience. Did all the negotiations via emails and it seemed like we got a fair price on a car as close to the one we were looking for, unlike the local Tulsa dealer. When we decided to make the 1h1/2 drive there we felt a bit silly since we live 2 minutes away from Tulsa's Mercedes dealer, and were worried about hidden surprise fees, especially after reading on Edmunds about all the possible ways customers can get tricked. However, everything was great, no added fees, the finance person was just wonderful, really fast and the sales person even installed our child's car seat! We felt like they actually like us and if every dealer treated people so well, car buying would become such a great experience. Will definitely check there first whenever we're in need for a new car again. They told us they want to earn their customers trust and they sure got ours!
