    There was little bit of an issue when I first came to buy my Tahoe, but everything ended up alright and I have the vehicle I wanted. Communication from Hayden was a key thing that kept me from going somewhere else. I appreciate everyone who had a hand in making sure I received the exact Tahoe I wanted.

    I was visiting my daughter and grandkids in Blanchard OK and while visiting a business in the local area I met Bryce Rhoads. During our conversation I had mentioned to him that I was going to a local Chevrolet dealer to look at a vehicle to possibly purchase. He suggested that I come see him where he worked at Landers Chevrolet to discuss purchasing the vehicle I was interested in buying. From the moment I walked into Landers and met with Bryce Rhoads, Christian Sturgell and Rama Kasetty I felt like we had been long time friends. They were very patient with me while discussing the types of vehicles I was interested in viewing, and I finally purchased a 2024 Corvette from them. I have purchased over 15 new vehicles since 2006 and had purchased them all from the same dealer in Albany GA. but the next time I need another vehicle I will purchase it from Landers. These guys were not pushy and I got what I believe was a very fair price for the car I purchased. The trade in price they allowed me was also very fair. This dealership and the staff are "The Best".

    Landers Chevrolet and their team made my purchase of a new Chevrolet Traverse an enjoyable experience. Mr. Avery Hicks put a deal together over the phone on Friday and I flew in on Monday and took delivery. There were no gimmicks, no pressure and no surprise changes to the deal we put together on Friday. Very honest people to do business with. I recommend you consider Lander Chevrolet for your next vehicle purchase.

    We knew what vehicle we wanted prior to driving onto the lot, and we were lucky enough to get Celia S. as our salesperson. She was friendly and genuine and if she didn't know the answer to a question she went and found someone who did. We were not rushed or pressured into a decision, we knew we needed to sleep on it first. Celia checked in with us the next day to see if we had any more questions, and once we had made our decision to buy she connected us with the person we needed in finance. After a short two hours at the dealership, we drove off in our brand new vehicle (which had been fueled up and washed). She also checked in with us a few days later to see if we needed anything! This was by far the best experience we've had buying a car.

    Hard pulled my credit 6 times, 10% loan. Took advantage of a 20 year old not realizing what I was giving them permission to do! Don’t buy here!

    Salesman and finance were very knowledgeable about their jobs. Both took the time to ensure all of wants were met. They went beyond what other dealers might of done without any boardgames.

    I normally do not write reviews but I feel I need to let landers Chevrolet know why they have now lost a customer. My husband and I purchased our 2014 Chevy Silverado brand new when Landers was David Stanley and we had a wonderful buying experience. I even referred my family to buy there because the buying experience was so good. fast forward to last year... the truck started having issues with stablitrack errors and also power steering errors. I brought the truck in for service and Bryan helped me. Bryan was wonderful very helpful. He kept the truck a few days and could not find an issue so I got the truck back and everything was fine until July. I was in a car accident in July and my husband was out of the country so I drove the truck for 2 weeks and everyday had the errors come up on the dash and it also started jumping. one day I went to start the truck and it was dead. I had it towed to Landers and requested that Bryan be the one to help me. Bryan did not end up helping but Eric Glover did. I feel like he truly did not want to help us and when I called it seemed like I was wasting his time. the truck was at the service dept. for over a week and I didn't not get many updates. I had to call if I truly needed an update. One particular call that upset me was when I told him we had the same issue about 6 months ago. Mr. Glovers response was " you have had this issue before and you are just now bringing it in?" I responded no I brought it in and you guys could not find a problem. They finally said they may have found the issue with the aftermarket sound system and the wiring. after a couple days of diagnosis I was finally able to pick up the truck. while driving home the same errors happened only worse this time. I got off the highway and took the truck back. I called a couple days later and he said they finally got the errors to come up while they were driving it and it would be ready soon. When I went back to pick it up I went in the office and the young lady gave me paper work and the keys. I stood there for a second and finally asked is someone going to come talk to me about what they found out? she said oh let me call somebody. Eric came out and told us what was found the cables from the after market wires were rubbing causing the errors to come up. Last week my husband went to start the truck and it was dead again...I told him I refuse to send it to Landers again and we had it taken to another mechanic shop. They told us that when all the wires were taken apart "they" (Landers) did not properly connect the cable to the battery. Since then we have had no issues. The reason I took the truck to landers was that #1 We purchased the vehicle there. #2 I assumed that Chevy dealerships would have the best Chevy certified mechanics #3 we assumed we would get the same great customer service we have always received. The experience has just baffled me and I will not be purchasing any more vehicle from Landers Chevrolet nor will any of my family members. Which is unfortunate because my grandfather and I usually get new vehicles every 5 years because of the discount he gets from working and retiring from General Motors. Thank You for your time I just wanted to share my experience.

    I bought a brand new Corvette had an excellent experience at Landers Chevrolet the salesman were friendly and knowledgeable and the finance person got me a lower interest rate that I expected about half

    I brought my car in for a door latch repair and they damaged the door they were working on and won't fix it. Now I am going to be out of pocket to repair it myself. Bad service and no customer service skills in the whole service department. Same people you had from David Stanley and same attitude are still there apparently. Just changing the name doesn't improve the standards and make people care.
