    The sales team in my opinion did very well. With but a trickle of new vehicles coming to the dealership to sell, and not having but a few vehicles on the lot to show potential customers. It must be difficult to stay motivated. They showed me respect and professionalism all throughout my transaction. Answering all questions I had and making the time spent their more comfortable. They seemed to be knowledgeable about all the workings of my new 2022 Ridgeline RTL-E. The walkthrough of the truck was short with a lot of new electronics to learn. Overall great job!

    The work was completed satisfactorily and the service advisor was very capable and personable. It took longer than I would have liked (2.5 hrs) for a 10,000 mi oil change and review Guess I picked a busy day. And the clerk that checked me out needs more training. I bought a service warranty when I bought the car and she didn’t know what that was. Her customer service skills were not very good either. She finally called my advisor back in and he immediately saw my record and got me on my way. Not trying to get her in trouble, she’s probably new, but she needs more training.

  • The technician who filled up the oil forgot to put the oil cap back.

    The oil spilled out after I drove away for 5 miles; when I returned and asked to clean up the oil spill, the technician only cleaned very little of the oil spill.

    Service shop was clean, techs were polite and prompt, and they did a good job. Service advisor CJ was awesome, professional, and did a great job explaining what the problem was/is.

  • Starter that passed their test failed a few days later - had to have towed

    Took car in believing starter was bad. Sold us a new battery (probably needed), ‘tested’ and said starter was fine. Four days and a $200 tow later, had new starter from Metric Motors - no more problems. Learned my lesson.

  • Unacceptable Repair

    I needed a new ignition and was told it would be replaced and I would receive two new keys. I bought it to the Honda dealership so the car could be programmed with my door locks and such. After waiting on my car from Tuesday around 12:00 I was told it was finished on Friday late so I picked it up Saturday morning. The two new keys do nothing but start my car (no reprogramming). I have to use my old key to unlock my car then the other to drive. They did not replace with the same system. I will not do business here again and will contact the manager asap.

    I was concerned about a service light and saw not light on a 2021 passport that came on. I called and they listened to my concern and got me in right away. When I arrived they got to my car right away. They were friendly and professional. Once checked in they actually get up and walk to the lobby and show where restroom, refreshments, and seating area are. I will be getting all my services here from now on instead where had been going.
