    The staff at Bill Knight Ford is amazing! They have always treated me with courtesy and respect. The quality of the repairs are beyond compare. I won't take my cars anywhere else! A++++

    I researched the Ford family of F-150 and had a good idea of what i wanted. I met with David McGuire and gave him my requirements, he was able to locate a vehicle that fit, the truck was in shipment to Bill Knight Ford. Two days later it arrived, was prepped, I did a test drive,truck was satisfactory. Was a pleasure to deal withnDavid.

    Joe Browne helped me set up a Vehicle Health Report and then spent almost another hour giving me a lesson on the voice commands, etc. His help is of great value with the use of the technical features. A real positive on dealer support. I thought I had taken care of the recalls in December, but the Vehicle Health Report shows an air back recall that has not been cleared. I will stop by in the near future to check on this.

    The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The work in completed in a timely manner and they always wash my car, which is great.

    We bought an 2015 eco boost from Do edges Ford in Bartlesville. The car had a bad turbo when we took it home. Very bad service from doenges. Traded car to Bill Knight after three months for a 2015 5.0 mustang. Chad Higt and Dustin Sorensen could not have been more helpful. The experience at Bill Knight Ford was day and night difference from Doenges. We could not be happier.

    Buying a car can be and most times a real hassle. That was not the case at Bill Knight. Working with Chris Todd and James Main a real pleasure.They made my buying car experience enjoyable. Their knowledge and expert advise on buying the Ford Fusion a different car buying experience. I would highly recommend Bill Knight to my friends. When I an in the market to buy another car. I will highly consider a return visit to Bill Knight. I just can't say enough good about this car buying experience. Thank you, Mark Self

    I bought my edge limited from bill knight in 2012 off the showroom floor, prior to this I had a wind star that I bought brand new in 1996 and drove it for 16 yrs, it had 350,000 miles and she was done!!, when I had to start looking it was hard, I was so attached to my windstar, I test drove many vehicles, Jeep Grand Cherokee, Nissan Murano, and others, but when I got in the edge it immediately felt comfortable/roomy, great/sturdy/solid ride, I just had to get used to all of the electronics, you see I'm a hospice nurse and my vehicle is my office and I drive many miles everyday, I've had it for 3 yrs now and I'm getting attached again, creature of habit, and of course it is also beautiful red, the guys in the service dept are great at bill knight, they pop right out when I pull up in the quick lane, and inform me of everything they are doing and what I need, they make me feel secure with their expertise, I hang out in the waiting room usually with my lunch and laptop and it's great service, thnx for the opportunity to share, Bev Gready

    Staff were friendly and helpful, service was timely. I was disappointed that my wife mentioned another issue, that she wanted checked, I was informed that I would have to schedule another appointment to have that issue evaluated. The online appointment scheduler needs to respond in a timely manner, I ended up calling to verify the appointment. I received only a reminder the day prior to the appointment

    I have an F150. Anytime that something goes wrong or I just need maintenance done I always bring my vehicle back to the dealership. Bob is my service manager and he is awesome at answering all of my questions and letting me know what I need to have done. He has been really honest with me about everything and I feel very comfortable knowing that if I ask about something he is going to tell me what I need and not pull something over on me. Great service and a great bunch of people.

    Everything was fine, the only thing is is that I got charged for an oil change and I wasn't supposed to be charged, I still haven't received my money back on it. Other than that, everything's else was good. Friendly people and awesome service. You guys take care of the customer

    They always do a great job. Always very nice and prompt. My car is always done at or before the time they say, and they always give me a call to let me know when it is done.
