Transferred to BMW financial services but I did not have an account number to provide since my account was locked. Big hassle, took over an hour to resolve. Seems like BMW no… longer puts customer service 1st over cumbersome corporate processes. OkayOn the fence!
by SS1030 on 12/21/2021While the staff was great, I'm on the fence regarding overall service. Major complaint is a loaner is not provided. Very inconvenient and inconsiderate. I shouldn't have to rent a car or inconvenience someone else to pick me up from… dealership and bcz parts not in stock, timeframe became longer and without car. More out of pocket $. That's absurd! Secondly, not sure if work done was/is actually needed or done completely, bcz my car now sputters or skips. Drives rough. My initial $200 visit has spiraled to over $3k. Should have gotten second opinion like I've normally done. I cannot answer the following questions accurately with a simple yes or no. So I'll have to give all no's because I'm not 100% sold on the services.If I could, I would give SIX STARS

Shout out to Logan and the rest of BMW of Tulsa’s staff for providing GREAT service and… professionalism. Your hospitality was over the top. Pricey and slow
by T on 12/13/2021I know all service departments are running behind but I feel like BMW should be the gold standard and be faster than everyone else. Prices are ridiculous!!! The kids working the department, ie advisor and drivers are super sweet and I know… they probably to deal with a lot since it’s a slow department!!!Thank you for bringing this to my attention. Could keep you better informed
by Matt on 12/08/2021I ended up having to leave my car overnight because service parts weren’t in stock (maintenance, not repair work). Parts didn’t come the next day but I wasn’t told and was left with no car most of the day and the work still didn’t get done.… Very frustrating. Just call and let customers know since no loaner cars are available.Thank you for bringing this to my attention. by Cheri on 12/03/2021To be fair - there could have been phone issues. I was on hold 57 minutes then disconnected. Called back, on hold for another 23 minutes then disconnected. Third time? Kindly shared with Lydia my dismay (whom answered the phone in… Sales). She was wonderful. Andrew in Service was my advisor and he is wonderful as well.....can't give 5 stars this time, but did have an overall pleasant first time experience. The best service I’ve had
