by Pam W on 03/21/2022My car was towed I. With damage to the timing chain and oil pump. It took quite a few days for my car to be addressed, but I wasn’t going to be driving it anyways. I felt the inspection and diagnosis was thorough. I believe the price for… the repair to be fair. Melissa was kind and keep me informed as to the progress on my car. My only complaint is that is took over a week to have access to a loaner vehicle. I live pretty far out and was very limited for quite some time.Thank you for your thoughtful review, Pam. Never Again
by Doc on 03/19/2022The dealership was very clean and the shuttle driver was friendly and kind. That's the good! The service representative seem to be bothered by my presence. He never acknowledged me and after standing for over 12 minutes waiting, I.entered… his office. He still didn't acknowledged or even turn to say anything. I asked what should I do and he then turned and stated to go to the serviceman to his left. Rude, maybe prejudice, or just stupid. I am not sure, but Never Again.Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I apologize your service experience felt unwelcoming. by Jason Deloache on 03/19/2022My advisor Andrew was great. I was extremely disappointed with the quality of service from the technician. When I got my vehicle home, I double checked their work like I always do. When I opened my hood, I had oil all over. I took the dust… cover off and had standing oil sitting around the tubes that the coil packs sit in. I understand that their maybe a small amount of oil spilled, but I expect from a BMW dealership technician to clean up his mess after he is finished. I documented the mess with photographs prior to cleaning up his mess. Makes me hesitant to use them again. However, Andrew my service advisor was great and did a great job of communicating with me while my vehicle was with them.Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I apologize for the condition your vehicle was left in after being serviced. I would like an opportunity to address your concerns and to earn your business, please contact me.
