GREAT deal on my new 2024 Jetta GLI and I couldn't be more impressed.

Milo Flores was my sales person and honestly I couldn't have been more impressed and satisfied with his efforts to help me get the BEST deal on my brand new 2024 Jetta GLI 40th Anniversary edition! He went above and beyond for me, even… going as far as replying to a message when he wasn't even on the clock (sorry about that Milo). My experience here was great, and I've owned A LOT of Volkswagens over the years and have dealt with many dealerships. Go here if you want to be treated with respect and be taken care of the best!

Note: The only thing I wasn't super impressed with was the 3% credit card charge, but I guess that's a small price to pay when you get such a good deal on your brand new car ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

He allowed us to take a test drive in a loaner ID.4 to get a feel for the car… before ours arrived. The process of purchasing the car once it was at Herzon-Meier was seamless and actually a fun experience. Not like other dealers who put pressure on you to buy supplemental items. Andy and Oscar made the process easy. Andy is very knowledgable about ID.4s and trained us on several of the features of our new car. He even gave us his cell phone number and encouraged us to call if we have questions while getting to know our car and the process of charging it. She was amazing: quick to respond, gave updates whenever they became available, managed my expectations, provided me with a loaner car when the repairs were taking longer than expected. Literally was awesome every step away with her phenomenal customer service. She made the whole thing enjoyable ...which says a LOT! And I know this might offend some, but I'm going to say it anyway, it was refreshing to deal with a woman in what is normally a male-dominated industry. Woman to woman made the experience much less intimidating and I definitely never felt like I was being taken advantage of due to my lack of knowledge of cars.Top tier customer service

I received a text message from VW acknowledging my car had arrived and then I received a welcome text from Jenna Griffin with the service… center who has been so prompt with responding to all of my questions and requests. The mechanics begin working on my car the same day that it arrived and Jenna texted me with a play-by-play of what was wrong with my vehicle and even emailed pictures and has worked with my warranty company to make sure that everything was covered and set up a rental for me. Working with such a competent group of people has made this situation less painful for sure! I highly recommend Herzog-Meier VW in Beaverton.Great service!!

We have only had this degree of great service and friendliness at one other dealer, with a man… named Randy at Portland Land Rover- surprisingly so at a normally stuffy dealer. The guy we have at the Porsche Beaverton dealer sadly leaves a lot to be desired! We highly recommend this VW dealer and our favorite- Jenna.Best new car buying experience ever!
