    So the at dealer ship experience was good they were friendly and professional but they do not have the ability to tell me the difference in my middle and trail but they are trying so that’s a plus salesman was good and is trying to get that info swell

    David Franklin did an excellent job of arranging the tune up. He listened carefully to my description of the car's behavior and coordinated the right diagnosis and the right corrections the van needed. It runs like a brand new automobile.

    Hauling horses in a hundred degree weather and my truck was going a hundred fifty miles into limp mode went to Dodge in Albany they did not want to see me finally had to talk to the GM and they saw me told me they put the scanner on and had no codes sent me on my way had the same problem immediately went to Eugene they put the scanner on immediately found the problem and got it fixed service manager meets me on the road to tell me where to park the horses can't thank them enough

    Stopped in without an appt to look at a new 2500 diesel mega cab truck that I was interested in buying. The online "Promo Price" was what initially caught my attention, as I could see that it was a great price that I wouldn't have to haggle for. When I walked in, I was greeted right away, welcomed to sit inside (with my dogs) while the salesman brought the truck around, then the salesman showed me the truck and we took it out for a test drive. I was considering 2 trucks, both at Lithia dealerships but with different cab configurations (mega vs crew), so the salesman went and got a truck with the crew cab so I could compare them side to side. After maybe 15 minutes of looking them over, I decided to go with the mega. I should say that at this point I'd been truck shopping for almost a year, so I hadn't been in a hurry, this wasn't a spur of the moment decision and I pretty much knew what I wanted. I can't speak to whether or not they would have tried to pressure me more since I was ready to buy anyways, but I can say that the salesman was friendly and I didn't feel at all pressured as I stood there trying to decide. Once I said yes, we took the dogs for a little walk while they got the paperwork started. When we came back, we were handed off to another salesman as our first salesman had an appointment come in. We didn't mind, both salesman were super nice and friendly, and the paperwork went smoothly. I had my own financing pre-approved and they didn't give me any grief about it or try to get me to finance through them. The "Promo Price" was the actual sales price. I can't tell you what a huge relief that was! The only other fees were the standard taxes, doc fee and registration, and they showed me all the numbers, explained everything, let me calculate them myself to make sure, and all this was done with a helpful and laid back attitude. When I got to the finance guy, he did try to sell me 1) extended warranty, 2) protection package, and 3) lifetime service. I wasn't interested in any of them and it was easy to say no, there were no hard sells or bullying or anything else negative. I ended up signing everything that day and picked up the truck the next, and again they worked with me to make that happen and everything start to finish was a positive experience.

    So appreciated Matt sticking with me as I got warranty work completed. Definitely not what I wanted to have happen to my car however the service agent kept me informed of progress, was friendly and knowledgeable, and stuck with me through the entire process until my car was back to normal.

    Easy to negotiate a fair discounted price. Honest dealer. Met my every expectation. No last minute tricks just before taking possession of the vehicle. Bought a 2018 Chrysler 300 C. Love the car. Call it my Last Ride, because at 75 it probably will be.

    I've been to alot of dealers and have never had a good experience. Lithia is the first dealer I've ever visited to treat me professional and honest from start to finish and I didn't even buy my vehicle from them! Highly recommended.

    Buying the Lifetime LOF is a great value, and helps me be timely in servicing my car. In addition, Lithia even contacts me if I have passed my 3 month time period. Exceptional service and quality of workmanship.

    Lithia had helped me resolve issues with a purchase from another dealer. When it came time trade that vehicle, I leased my last truck through Lithia and was so pleased I returned to lease my 2017 RAM from them. The last two trucks where negotiated by e-mail. After my last lease I had all the confidence I needed to know what I was promised is what I will get. Lithia Eugene still knows what customer service is and does a great job practicing it.
