    There was no pressured sales routine. My questions were answered very well, with no attempt to skirt issues. The price offered was as good as I expected and met "best buy" prices I had researched on the internet. The offer of trade-in on my older car was in excess of Kelley Blue Book information and research locally for private sales. I was thoroughly impressed with the friendliness and cordiality of everyone that helped me at Lithia Nissan of Eugene

    I bought a certificate pre-owned 2013 Nissan ALTIMA S from Lithia Nissan of Eugene in December 2014. However, I hate the way they treat me. First of all, they don't negotiate price at all. Secondly, this dealer even did not want to give me a format they forgot to give me. Can you imagine a certificate pre-owned car without format? As a former customer, I suggest potential customers think twice to buy a car from Lithia Nissan of Eugene. You could try, but be prepared to get a bad buying experience.

    Worst customer service in my life! James Hunt treated me poorly. [non-permissible content removed] he manipulated me by wasting my time and using his sales tricks. After the sale he never explained anything and went on to make another sale. I had a much better experience at Kendall. I was treated with honesty and care. Nissan has good product but poor customer service! Be ware!

    After looking on the internet for the car I wanted I found it at Lithia Nissan. It was at the right price and right mileage. I sent an email and the next day called in to take a test drive. My salesman ( Colt J.) was very nice and gave me a very reasonable deal when I went to purchase. Although getting to the financing took some time to get to it really wasn't a bad experience, they have a very nice lobby with a T.V. and free coffee. When I did get to the financing guy (Tanner D.), It was one of the quickest I have been through. The Lithia Nissan team did a good job and I will do business with them the next time I need to make a car purchase.

    From the first contact with Lithia Nissan the staff was helpful and friendly without being pushy. The deal I was offered was so good there was almost no negotiation process and I still feel like I got a great deal. I have been watching deals on new Altima's for almost a year and I am completely satisfied. In addition, their selection is huge. I walked in and told them the exact car, model, options and color I wanted and within five minutes they pulled the car from around back - had everything I asked for. Thanks Lithia Nissan!

    The prices on their used stuff is way out of whack. I recently bought a vehicle from them listed for 27 for 23k. It took some work to get them down to what I knew it was worth. Also, as further proof of my hypothesis, they tried to give 9k for my trade in but was able to get them to 10k. This was slightly over edmunds trade in value estimate so caved. However, I checked their website today and my former vehicle is listed for 19k. My only advice is to know what your vehicle is worth before going in. The sales people I worked with were very nice and not pushy. If you have done your homework on values, you should be okay. Thanks to edmunds I was well informed going in and just stuck to my guns. They might act like you are breaking their balls, or startled when you offer way way less, but just be ready to walk out. This is pretty standard for most dealers I guess though. In the end I still believe a got a fair deal. The price for the new vehicle was good, and knew the best private party value of my trade in was about 12k. If they can sell my old trade in for 19k good for them. Nothing wrong with making money, just not huge amounts off me.

    Nov. 2012 I went to the tent sales event and paid way too much for a car that I'm selling as soon as I can - not right for me, bad experience I'd rather forget. The 2 salesmen tactic was used with lots of pressure. I thought when one asked me for my car keys that he was checking for features in my trade in (yes, bought from the same dealer new 2004). However, he drove it over to the finance tent and started unloading my belongings and putting them in the car that they had negotiated with me. Cold day getting dark. I had no internet access to check on the sale price which was not listed but handwritten on a piece of paper. I was told several times that the balance owing to the bank on the car would be the price. No evidence at the tent or 2 days later at the dealership that price was based on a bank balance owed. By the end of the 5 hour tag team experience I was tired, cold and worn down. Avoid this dealer, they don't play fair!

    First of all, the lithia Nissan website was easy to navigate and they had a much bigger selection then most of the dealers in my area. I started my search online, sending inquiries to multiple dealers to try and find the best price on my Altima. Surprisingly most dealers did not even respond to my requests or gave me the run around and wouldn't give me there best price. When I inquired online thru the lithia Nissan website, my salesperson Kyle, called me minutes after sending in my request. He was very good at answering my questions and not only did he give me there best price up front, he also offered to deliver the car to me at no extra cost! The service I received was far above my expectations and I would highly recommend this dealership. I have sent a few friends in since then, and they to had great experiences.     I've been to many dealerships in the area, and everywhere I went I was greeted by pushy car salesman... But not this place! Amazing service from beginning to end. I would recommend this place to anyone.

    When shopping for a new Nissan, I drive past several other dealers nearer my home, because I prefer Lithia Nissan in Eugene. I am not a person who is easily pleased, but I wholeheartedly recommend this dealership. I have already bought 2 new Titans there, and I expect to buy another new car from them in the near future, because they always give me the best deals, on the best products - and because the sales staff, managers, and service department are always friendly, helpful and professional.

    My Subaru broke down recently and I thought it was a good time to check out getting an electric car. I called up Lithia Nissan of Eugene and was fortunate to be connected with Stephen H. Stephen picked me up at my house (remember, my car was kaput) and answered my million and one questions about the Leaf. He and his boss made me a fair offer for my car and did not pressure me to buy a Leaf. In the end, I decided to get a year or two more out of my Subaru, but I will definitely come back to Lithia Nissan, and Stephen H. specifically, when I am ready for my Leaf. It is nice to know there is a place where they understand that these decisions are hard and don't try to twist your arm.

    About two months ago I purchased a vehicle at this dealership and not only was it easy and pressure free but the treatment after I drove away that first time set this car buying experience. Chad my salesperson really took the time to make sure the vehicle was suiting my needs like he told me that he would and anytime I called him with questions on how all the stuff works he was very patient and willing to walk me through them. He even went as far as remembering my sons football game and called me just to see how it had went. He really showed that he cared. He even sent me a dozen cookies just to thank me. I went into this experience scared being a single mom that I would get taken advantage of but found the guys down there to be just the opposite. I was comfortable and when the manager JJ came out to explain my options to buy the car he made it very clear and did everything I asked of him to make it fit in my monthly budget. I recommend anyone go into Lithia Nissan if there looking for truly exceptional service and a fair and honest price.
