    Dick's Hillsboro Hoda is the stereotypical dealership that gives car buying a bad name. Had an appointment to meet the salesman - he wouldn't come out until we went and got him. Classic power play to put down the customer. Salesman wasted a lot of time getting things done. All the delaying and waiting is done to create a sense of anxiety in the customer and to make them impatient so they'll commit to spending more money just to get out of there. 20 minutes to find the car keys. 20 minutes trying features and then stating that he hadn't really checked out the car. 20 minutes getting the "price sheet" and then 10 minutes laboriously copying numbers from the price sheet onto a paper pad. Please, just show me the price sheet. Then had me sign a "offer sheet" and went off to "talk" to the manager. I could clearly see them chit-chatting one cubicle over. 30 minutes later he comes back with more numbers. I got up and walked out after a 2nd salesman showed up and they started playing good cop/bad cop. A couple other things: * They ran my credit without asking permission * The salesman told me that Honda financing was 1.9-2.9% but the Honda website clearly states rates starting at 0.9%. Dealerships usually do this so they can keep the extra $$ for themselves * If you don't like my offer then go ahead and say so instead of wasting my time * If you can't move on the price then say so. Don't solicit an offer and make me sign a "offer" sheet The worst thing is not that they ran my credit without my permission. The worst thing is that the salesman didn't even drive a Honda!

    I had some issues with the paint surface on my 2014 Accord after some residue had been removed. The Service Manager, Bruce V., was courteous, understanding of the issue, and extremely helpful in taking care of the situation. This level of customer service was above my expectations, and really can't be exceeded. Pedro did the work on my Accord, with fine results. I will make the long drive to Hillsboro for maintenance because my experience in this instance was so good.
