    The sales guy was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He has lots of knowledge about multiple models an years. I would go back to this dealer.

    I am so impressed with Jesse Blair! He is amazing! He has continued over and over to prove to us that he does what he says. We completely trust him and will continue to be loyal to Portland Bmw.     BMW Portland has consistently excellent customer service. All of the people I have ever dealt with there are lovely, experienced and helpful.

    I suddenly noticed one evening that I had a headlamp out, and had to make an important trip the following evening, with a very full schedule that day. Eric, my excellent service advisor, was able to get me an appointment the very next morning, and by 10 AM, I was on my way, safe and fully illuminated!

    I bought two brand new BMW from your dealership in past 15 years though I always took my car to Kuni for service (due to proximity reasons). I happened to bring my car to your service dept. a month ago and Sean Riley made me realize what I have been missing. Exceptional service and great experience. Although Portland BMW does not provide shuttle to Intel campus in Hillsboto I will service my car in your dealership - thanks Sean!

    I hit a pot-hole and had my tires rupture. Sean got my car in right away and replaced the tires. I found out a few days later that one tire appeared to be leaking air. I emailed him over the weekend and on Monday morning he said bring it in now, we'll look at it and gave me a loaner. Later that day he called me and said my wheel was cracked. On Wednesday he called me up and said your car is done. Quick service, great responsiveness. Car is always washed when i pick it up. Chris.

    After it was determined the cause of the noise I was given an estimate of the time needed to fix problem. When I returned at the estimated time of completion the car was ready. Very satisfying.

    Everyone I talked to during the course of the service was great from the primary agent to the shuttle driver, and other service help everyone was personable and professional. My service advisor, Jessy, provided accurate estimates, ensured my car was done on schedule, and made sure all my needs were met. I am out of warranty on my car but continued to take it to BMW Portland due to their exceptional service and competitive pricing.

    Jesse got me in with a loaner car quickly, and diagnosed and fixed the problem right away. He explained everything thoroughly and described problems I may have been experiencing with fuel consumption - that I didn't note when I brought the vehicle in. That assured me that he found the problem and fixed it. Car is always returned immaculately clean and running perfectly. The long-term record of service I consistently experience here has definitely made me brand loyal after my first BMW.

    I originally planned on renewing my lease with another BMW dealership in the area, but came here to check out used M3. I'm glad that I came here. Nathan promptly responded to my web inquiry and accommodated my busy schedule. Nathan was patient and allowed me to enjoy the car instead of selling me the car. In this case, the car sold itself. The overall sales process was very smooth. My only comment is that the paperwork between sales and F&I manager took a long time. On the other hand, there was no extreme pressure from the F&I manager. They even have a 5 day warranty for all cars regardless of existing warranties. They are owned by Lithia which is a blessing. I had a few hiccups with the car shortly after taking it home and took it back to service to get a few defects corrected. Logan was my service advisor and all I can say is, WOW, customer service also extends into the service department. My car is still in the shop, but his professionalism should be commended.

    I have been a BMW customer for over ten years and this was my first purchase from Portland BMW. I had purchased all my other vehicles from a competing dealer in the area. The experience with BMW Portland was superior to my previous experiences. I emailed my sales associate about a car and he went the extra mile to give me the best possible price immediately with no haggling. He also did an inventory search to find exactly what I was looking for. He treated me like I was buying a high end i8, even though I was purchasing a i3. He spent the entire day on New Year's Eve helping me take delivery of my car, took me on a very good test drive, walked me through all the features, and even drove my other car home on New Year's Eve !!!!! This was by far the best car sale experience I have had with any vehicle. I will now exclusively use this dealership for all future cars and will recommend to everyone who asks

    BMW Portland sold me a 7 years old brand new car! Jared, our sales person was a pleasure to work with. My Beetle convertible is perfect in every way. Partly through our negligence to bring the correct insurance papers, we spend most of Sunday afternoon in you premises, but everyone present was friendly and helpful, and we managed to get back to Astoria just before the worst of the storm started.

    We've had experiences with car dealerships before and were apprehensive but all our fears were washed away from the very beginning. From our first telephone calls, email messages, visit it pick up our bmw, conversation with Greg, test drive, signing docs, getting instructions, and driving home, we could not have asked for a better experience. I should add that the follow up calls and emails continue to tell us that you really do provide exceptional service.

    Salesman didn't know much about the car (e.g., couldn't check oil level or use the key to activate memory seats). Moreover, he showed no interest in learning these basic actions. Answers to questions were couched in terms to make the car look good rather than being straight forward. The 2nd guy, who dealt with paperwork and financing, was fine--straight forward. The resident "expert" was also very helpful in learning complex I-drive stuff but did not reply to phone messages. General word around town is that Rasmussen has gone downhill since buyout by Lithia. In keeping with that talk, our sales experience last time we bought from Rasmussen (pre-Lithia) was indeed much better. More importantly, the cars themselves keep going downhill. No longer a temp gauge, no dipstick, no spare tire, added fat, bigger and bigger with only negatives attached to those changes, etc. R&T says if you don't get the sport suspension on new F30s, the basic suspension is so bad that it's like a Camry. BMW used to sell sports cars with back seats. It now sells Buicks with a blue and white propeller as an emblem. Compared with our previous E46, this one is slow and fat. The new ones don't even have 6 cylinders anymore. This is our last BMW.

    I looked online and found the best deals others had claimed to get any were in the country. When Brent called me I told him about what I had seen on the the net and that I wanted to get that price. His counter was only 300 different. I contacted every BMW dealer in 2 hours drive and no one could beat it. This was all done with a couple emails and phone calls. The whole process only took a couple hours to get a written offer workout leaving work! All in all a very relaxed and satisfying car buying experience.

    Eric D. was the "genius" that explained all the details of my new BMW. He was very efficient - did not waste my time - truly understands and communicates the intricacies of my new car - followed through with an email and phone call after our first meeting - and is very friendly and nice. I would recommend Eric to anyone.
