    Navid was helpful and patient every step of the way. I never felt pressured. We were making this purchase from 250 miles away and I was relieved he was so flexible. Their showroom was fabulous. Overall it was an excellent experience.

  • Dishonest and stingy

    Poor customer service and dishonest. They will change the price from online price when you arrive. They don’t fill gas tanks or detail used cars. They charge $350 for them to send paperwork to DMV. They say they go through big inspection but miss obvious things or intentionally don’t disclose them. Be weary of good deals they offer, there’s a reason.

    I had a great experience with Jeremy Lenc at buick gmc of beaverton oregon. I was coming out of state and they made my transaction very easy and quick.   • Terrible and costly experience

    I scheduled an appointment to fix a few issues as the text msg. screen shot shows. This review mainly addresses the water intrusion at the rear window. The truck was dropped off for service with advisor Bill, the issue was diagnosed and I was informed that the repair would cost $860 or so, to which I consented. Days after the repair I noticed water continued to leak at the same spot at the rear window. I returned the truck to the dealership for this issue. Bill reached out and stated it would be $275 to repair the rear window leak. Dismayed, figuring the previous payment should have covered the repair, I called for clarification. Apparently, the repair that was done consisted of sealing the rear spoiler. However, had there been a leak at the rear spoiler the headliner would show water marks; there are none. In the end, Bill had the repair done "at no cost". How I see it, I was overcharged nearly $600 and, due to a lack of care, I now have a truck with a prominent ding on my tailgate, scuffs on the bedside from failure to use fender covers, and grease marks on the headliner--I'll try to load these photos later. Mind you I purchased this truck for about $87,000 and a $72,000 '23 XT6 Sport from the sister Cadillac nextdoor in the span of two years, both with extended warranties. Needless to say I'll be requesting a prorated refund of my extended warranties, I'll be taking my service needs and future purchases elsewhere, and I'll be sharing my experience on other platforms, with friends and family.     I am a single elderly woman and had been researching new cars online for months. With a list of 12 vehicles I needed to go to 4 different dealerships to see the vehicles, planning to negotiate the purchase via email. From prior bad experiences, I had a terrible dread of dealing with car salesmen. I was fortunate to meet Tommy Wilson at Beaverton Buick GMC at the very beginning of my search. I had done extensive online research to determine reasonable pricing for the new vehicles as well as for my trade. Mr. Wilson gave me great written pricing upfront, patiently showed me the vehicles, and everything he said and did indicated he was being fair and honest with no pressure! I was so glad to have found such a wonderful salesman, that I skipped the rest of the list and went back the next day to purchase a 2024 Buick Encore GX. I am so grateful to have found Mr. Wilson!!! Mr. Wilson is the best.

  • Horrible after sales support

    On 10/22/2023 I purchased brand new 2024 GMC Sierra 2500HD AT4X AEV edition from GMC Beaverton, OR at their asking inflated 10K over MSRP price. We live in WA and barely an hour into the drive the entire vehicle started shaking like it was driving on hexagon wheels. It was too late to call the dealer since it had closed for the day. I figured the brand new heavy duty tires were at fault; called the dealer on Monday and they asked me to take it to my local GMC dealer who confirmed the issue to be tires with flat spots. The Beaverton dealer still not wanting to do anything, asked me to take the vehicle to yet another large dealer who also confirmed within minutes that the tires had flat spots on them and that even driving almost 600 miles by this time, these flat spots are likely permanent. Yet again GMC Buick Beaverton refused to help and asked I reach out to local dealer for replacement tire claim etc. and it appears no dealer or warehouse has those tires. In over eight days I have yet to enjoy driving this vehicle; GMC Buick Beaverton have shown me the "middle finger" and have left me to figure out my own solution, claim etc. from other dealers who have little incentive to assist since they did not make the sale. PLEASE AVOID a purchase of any vehicles from GMC BUICK OF BEAVERTON. They will take your hard earned money and leave you HIGH AND DRY when asking for support.

  • Buyer beware

    They will not fully disclose known recalls and will lie to protect themselves. They have been cold and rude when I have tried to deal with them directly. The car I purchased from them needed an engine replacement 2 months after I bought it. I didn't own it long enough to even have the oil changed or receive my plates. Buy elsewhere!!!

  • Paid for a car in cash and never received the title!

    Paid for a car in cash and never received the title! We purchased a vehicle from Buick GMC of Beaverton in January of 2021. We paid for this vehicle in cash and were promised that the title of the vehicle would be sent to us within 30 days. We have contacted this dealership multiple times to obtain the title that is rightfully ours for the vehicle we paid for in full, and have been given the run around with their staff. Their licensing clerk is conveniently never in the office, and the sales department passes the buck. The DMV is able to see the title status through their online software and it still hasn't been put into our name. We have filed a complaint with the Oregon State DMV Dealer Investigation regarding this issue. It has now been 6 months since we purchased this vehicle and we still haven't received the title. We're no longer able to drive the vehicle because the temporary registration that we were provided has expired! Do yourself a favor and avoid this dealership at all costs. This dealership sells cars that they do not have the titles for!!!!

  • DONT EVER BUY A VEHICLE HERE

    I dont even know where to start with this. If you are looking to buy a vehicle here run!!!! I bought a truck and a little after a month check engine light comes on and starts shifting bad. Take it back to the dealership and they tell me it needs a whole new transmission. After a couple of coupons it would be $6000. No way that they didn't know it was going out. They knew that they were selling me a vehicle with a major issue. After lots of arguing back and forth they go to fix the vehicle(at my cost). They give me a loaner car that had 53 miles to empty, the person before me left trash and long blond hair all over the interior, and grass covering the floor boards. Not even a care to wipe the oily fingerprints from the stereo before giving it to me. Just what I wanted during a pandemic. Long story short do NOT buy a vehicle here. Never felt so screwed by a dealership in my life.

  • Tried to sell me a lemon

    Payton and Jason helped my partner and I initiate the purchase of a car they currently have. (4/26/21) A 2013 subaru crosstrek, orange with 125k. Thank goodness we paid for a third party inspection. This crosstrek was found to need thousands of dollars in repairs just to get this car to a point where you can safely drive it. Yeah, that's right, they allowed both my partner and I, along with whoever else test drive this unsafe car. It's as if the dealership did zero work to inspect the car; it had cut vacuum seals, half a dozen oil leaks, one of which was in the engine... The engine had also been replaced with a refurbished one, which wasn't in the car fax. What a surprise after a minutes long diatribe payton went on with my partner about the "integrity" of this dealership and it's "high standards". If you plan on buying a car from this "dealership" please, get a third party inspection. Y'all are running some sort of scam if you don't even inspect your cars and fix them to get them in SAFE WORKING ORDER FOR TEST DRIVES. I would seriously be embarrassed to work there after that experience.
