Robert let me do this with a straight face. When the original model failed the test, he… suggested a different one with a seat more conducive to my infrequent naps. He also listened to my needs and came up with two versions that he thought might suit my needs. One of them was perfect. From the test drive to the final signature the staff was professional and Very helpful. I really appreciated the relaxed, no pressure atmosphere that was the theme throughout the day.Allison Transmission check

My car comes back without grease on the inside, and no scratches or dings on the exterior as most dealers do to your car these days. They work fast and the job gets done as requested. The svc manager,… svc writers and the technician really know their stuff. Have only positive things to say about them! And they only charge around $36 for an oil change using the quality GM specified motor oils. Why allow a teenager to do the work and strip the drain bolt threads for about $3 less at the quickie lube places. No thanks. The svc manager knows every intricate detail about my Buick Verano when I ask a question of him, and that is impressive to me.Buying our new GMC Arcadia

So I called this dealer, told Kyler exactly what I wanted and what I could pay. Gave him my info and he processed the… credit application. He told me that he could do it, so I drove 45min. to pick up a new GMC Sierra. When I got there he told me that they could not do what I wanted. It's really annoying how these guys just lie to people and waste their time. I will not go back to Buick GMC of Beaverton, that's for sure.What service why make an appoint!!!!

I'd been searching for a while for this particular vehicle and it looked to have exactly what we needed and at a competitive price. I called to ensure they still had it… prior to driving out as these have been selling pretty quickly around Portland and it was a Monday - you never know what kind of activity they may have had over the weekend. They confirmed they had it so I came in the next day. When I arrived the gentleman that greeted me was polite and helpful, asking what I needed. It was as if they were expecting me and knew what vehicle I was interested in from just that quick 10min call the night before! While the gentleman I had spoken to the evening before was not available, Tom Pollock was. He was great! We took the car out for a drive, he pointed out several features, discussed my needs and matched what I shared to the features of the vehicle. Having been in sales for over 25 yrs myself, my expectations for a sales process are pretty high. Tom exceeded those expectations. In fact, the whole team did. We worked out all the details with my trade-in, my financing and within a short amount of time I was moving my son's car seat to a new car! In fact, the Service Dept had already taken care of a minor factory recall repair which meant I didn't have to come back to have that done! I would recommend this dealership and team to anyone who wants an easy, no pressure, seamless process!Service repair
