Work was done and I was driving off the lot at 10:00.H Hosfield, Thank you for the Five Star Review. The Service Department loves taking excellent care of our Clients.
Overpriced and under-serviced
by Marshal Oller on 10/07/2022I recently took my 2022 Acura MDX A-Spec in for an A1 service to the Ron Tonkin dealership in Beaverton. The basic oil change cost me $105 dollars which turns out to be $20 more than Dick Hannah for the same service. They didn't even wash… or vacuum my car or give me a gift card for a car wash like they used to. Additionally, I had some issues with the car and they couldn't resolve the issue during the appointment so they asked me to return with the car next week.Great team!

by David C on 07/21/2022I had a very good experience at Ron Tonkin Acura on Canyon Rd in Portland. I setup an appointment for a test drive of the new Acura Integra 2023 model. I spoke with Ernesto. I came in and he was right there waiting for me. He was easy… to talk with and he seemed like a genuinely nice guy. I couldn't decide on color so I came back the following day to test the other color they had on the lot. I decided to purchase the car. There was no hard sales tactics during my whole experience. They have a nice office and made the purchase process very easy. The finance guy made all the paperwork go by very quickly. I also sold them my car. Ernesto went out of his way to help setup the new car settings and connect in my phone. He also showed me where I need to go when I bring my car in for service which was nice. The whole process was a very nice experience.We Should have stopped here First!

There was a minimal delay in the production but it was delivered earlier than anticipated. We scheduled the pick up, everything was in… order and it went very quickly. Always great to work with. by PleasedAsPunch on 10/11/2021We purchased a pre-owned Toyota Avalon from Ron Tonkin. The salesperson was pleasant, had the car pulled up to the front - ready for our test drive. No pressure. Was willing to answer any questions we asked about the car and if he didn't… know - he got the answers for us. The sales manager was also pleasant - no pressure, as was the finance officer. We had a small issue that arose once we got the car home (very minor) - and it was taken care the next day, no questions asked! We would definitely come to this dealership again.
