    Overall exceptional experience! Was able to work with Micah and do most of my deal online and via text/email. Got a great price on my trade-in, and they had the exact truck I wanted, at the price I wanted! Drove down from Salem and the team at Lithia got me in and out in less than an hour! Sales and Finance were awesome to work with. 10/10 will buy from them again! Ask for Micah!

    Once again we went to Roseburg Lithia and our salesman, Jesse Ward. Jesse and his team enabled us to select the best deal for us. We bought our last vehicle with the same team in 2016.

    I was completely satisfied with my truck purchase from Lithia Ford. The salesman were very courteous and professional. I never felt they were trying to push me into a truck. They went out of their way to go over all of the available options and made sure they found me a truck which fit my needs not only physically but also financially. I would not hesitate to recommend Lithia For to a friend.

    I had a We Owe for a new key fob. From the service rider to the tech, it was a very good experience. I was shown an extra thing or two regarding my car and some do's and don't s with my key fob. Very helpful!! Good job!!

    This car was not on our radar when looking for a new car, but after driving one my wife and I were impressed in the quality of the ride, quietness from road noise and the beautiful glove leather upholstery. We are looking forward to many years of driving fun. We thank Mitch for pointing this vehicle out to us and his help in purchasing it.

    I just had another amazing experience with Lithia of Roseburg. Rod Jackson is hands down the best and most attentive salesman I have ever dealt with. He knew I was pressed for time picking up my new truck, so he had everything ready for me to just sign, pay, and drive out. Smooth and easy, as always. I highly recommend buying vehicles from Rod.

    Over the years I have owned several automobiles and pickup trucks. My experience with Lithia Ford of Roseburg was the most professional, and least pressure vehicle transaction I recall, accompanied by what I believe to be a genuine desire to meet my requirements in a new vehicle at this time.

    I am completely happy with my purchase. My salesman was Rod Jackson and he has sold us our last 3 cars. I would recommend this dealership to all.

    Car five years old and part on heater went out. Not happy about that. But I've had only ford products from years. I understand things happen. My expectations are high this is the first time I can recall that other than tires and battery I've had to fix anything. Alway very polite service

    If this review were based on repairs it would be a five star rating! Wow! I have never heard such UN-professionalism in a professional atmosphere. The female service adviser (I think her name is Trish) was less than knowledgeable about what I thought was a simple service question, misinformed me about the work needed and extremely catty about her co-workers. I do not wish to reveal my name or vehicles as I don't trust her to remain professional when I return. I respect your service crew and their work but I truly feel for them having to work with a woman like that. She belongs in high school. Not working where communication is so important. I am a small business owner and would NEVER tolerate an employee who caused as much chaos as I'm sure she does, because as we all know - rudeness is worse behind closed doors, luckily for me, I was able to watch her in action. I am a long time customer and have seen her in action a few times. I return despite her and your reputation as I know how it is to have a bad experience turn into extreme exaggeration, but I assure you, there is no exaggeration needed when describing her. As someone who works with the public, I advise you to send her somewhere to get some customer care training and hopefully that will carry over to her treatment of her co-workers. Maybe she's the reason for your bad rep??
