Exceptional Experience at BMW Salem

My wife and I recently had a truly spectacular experience with BMW Salem that compelled me to share our positive feedback. We reside in Seattle and, after an extensive search, connected with BMW Salem where we not only found the perfect car… but also a deal that meet our expectations.
From the moment we initiated contact, Mr. Brian demonstrated his wealth of experience and guided us seamlessly through the entire process. Despite the considerable distance, we decided to make the drive to Salem, and upon arrival, we were met with a warm and welcoming atmosphere at the dealership.
The trade-in of our old BMW for the new one was executed with remarkable efficiency, leaving us with a sense of happiness and satisfaction. Brian and Nathan played instrumental roles in making the entire transaction smooth and quick, showcasing their professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction.

A Wonderful Car Buying Experience!

From the moment my wife and I walked onto the lot, we were greeted… promptly (without feeling the least bit pressured), and throughout the entire process of looking for the right vehicle, to having all our questions answered, to closing the sale--the entire BMW of Salem staff treated us with respect, and conducted themselves in a highly professional manner. Our salesman, Mr. Brian Kemmerle was courteous, knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and a pleasure to work with. The Finance Manger, Mr. James Mullins walked us through the usual lengthy process of signing all the paperwork, while clearly explaining exactly what we were signing, in addition to answering our many questions. I would not hesitate to recommend BMW of Salem to anyone who is in the market to purchase a new, or used vehicle.328I

by Andrea_Travels on 05/11/2016Very dissatisfied with BMW of Salem. I am leasing a 2015 328d M Sport Wagon. In February I was involved in an accident when another driver ran a red light and I ran into them. It wasn't serious enough for the airbags to deploy but the… front end damage was considerable. Three months later and my car is still not repaired. Why? Because at some point, as we've been told by BMW of Salem, BMW changed the module which controls the head lights. The new module or however that module works, no longer works with my car. As a result the headlights were not level and they did not track like they should. The BMW of Salem assured me that the headlight leveling issue was fixed and that BMW was working on a solution for the module so we turned in the loaner and took our car back last Friday. The lights are still not level and do not track. Nothing has changed. Aside from the lights, the doors no longer unlock when I touch them and the window washer fluid system is at empty and most likely also not fixed. So I am leasing a car, which is dysfunctional and unsafe to drive. This is not the level of quality I expect from BMW.Fantastic dealership

I was even given a car to drive thinking it would take a few days to fix the issue with my trunk, but they fixed the problem same day and I was able to get my car that evening. I came to BMW late in life due to poor service and the requirement to travel many miles for service from another manufacturer I thought was… better. They were not. The move to the new facility made it even better as I am close. So much for the rationale The car is an absolute delight. The waiting room was cordial and I was fortunate to meet and pass time with another geezer. Two of my children own or have owned BMWs and their stories convinced me to try the brand. And there it is for me, Brand, Location and a cordial group sales and service folk.I keep coming back don't I ?

The dealer assured us that there was no problem and made sure we were following the correct procedure, which solved the problem. They also rotated a wheel… to improve handling, at no charge! Wow!
