    Mark spoke with me. Actively listening to what I wanted and then showed me the vehicle. One by one we went through the options. Took it for a test drive and then discussed financials.

    First visit: Needed new tire and inspection. TWO HOURS LATER I was told I failed inspection because I need a new tire. NO KIDDING. Ordered tire. Second visit: Returned to have tire installed. ONE HOUR & TEN MINUTES LATER my car was ready. That's a long time for a tire exchange. Lastly, on both visits, if the employee wasn't working with me directly I was ignored. Even when they came thru the waiting area they would look away not NO ONE would even say hello. Needless to say, I will be looking for a other GMC dealer.

    An expectation was to purchase one new car. I was totally satisfied with the sales person and felt very comfortable dealing with him, that I also decided to trade in my Outlander also. So, my daughter and I both have brand new cars from our sales person, Mark. He was such a great help and made me feel the most comfortable ever while purchasing a new car. I am happy with the car, my experience and so forth.

    I had a wonderful experience at this dealership! I went in to test drive the terrain and envision. My 1st salesman was Matt. He was knowledgeable about both vehicles. He was interested in my needs and wants in a vehicle. I was at a price point higher than I was willing to accept so I left. I received a few phone calls that led me back to the dealership with my husband. At that time, I was ready to lease the envision with the help of the manager Jason and salesman Nick. Thank you all for working with me. This is my 4th vehicle purchased/leased through Peruzzi Buick/GMC and I will definitely continue to lease there.

    4th car I have bought from Peruzzi. Always very professional during the sales process. Answered every question I had and gave me a great deal on my new Acadia SLY. Would highly recommend my sales rep, Mark, his manager Jason and Joe in the Finance dept.

    I just wanted to thank Mike Marshall, Jason, Bob and Joseph Batdorf for a wonderful experience when my husband and I traded in our Terrain for a new Acadia. They were all so patient and understanding and explained everything. We love our new car! Thank you so much!

    My recent routine service at Peruzzi was exceptional. I decided to wait for my vehicle this time. I was asked by staff several times if I was comfortable or needed anything. Service was performed quickly and efficiently. Always a good experience at Peruzzi!

    Could not be happier with how well my car concern was addressed. Will be back in this week for inspection, but some of the background work was completed at my emergency visit.

    Everything was done professional from start to finish, this is my six vehicle from Peruzzi and they just keep getting better with there customer service and attention to detail from the test drive to options in the vehicle. My salesman Cliff was great with his overall knowledge of the vehicle and followup.

    Vehicle was ready when promised. Dealership performed all needed repairs and went over my future needs. Dealership was careful with my truck and gave it back to me in the same condition as when I brought it in.

    Upon taking my 2012 Lacrosse in for routine oil change and inspection, Peruzzi mechanic found an oil leak in the timing cover, which had to be repaired. This job is quite expensive, bot fortunately my extended warranty covered the cost. The time to repair was extensive, so Peruzzi provided a no cost rental vehicle for the entire time needed (about 14 hours) needed for repair. I understand the mechanic worked long into the night to get the job done so I could meet my personal schedule to go out of town. The car is running great and I am very happy and grateful to Peruzzi service. I shall never go anywhere else to have my car fixed.
