Mitch was awesome and helped me get a great deal on a Rogue for my wife and then a Pathfinder for me. Also Jason , the owner, was awesome and definitely would recommend this dealership!

I will be back in a few years to replace my Versa when the time comes. Everything was done within 24… hours and that includes getting the exact vehicle from another part of the state and detailing it.Wonderful Staff

I started emailing multiple car dealerships, and due to the prompt response, and polite manner of the emails, I decided to give Colonial Nissan a try. I was delighted… with the customer service and overall experience. I would give them a try if your shopping around. They sure made me happy.Wonderful staff!

Jason and his TEAM at Colonial Nissan are a family and they treat you as such. Although Colonial is a Nissan Dealership, they often… get trades that they thoroughly inspect prior to presenting to their customers. This is our second BMW purchased from Colonial and we have other family members who have purchased from Colonial as well. Just to give you an idea of the level of service we received, not only did we pay less than what we expected, the Colonial Team made sure we walked away with an insurance package that would allow us to drive worry free. As we waited to seal the deal, dinner was ordered for our family, what a way to show appreciation for time and patience.... Days after the purchase, we received follow up calls from the Colonial Team, to make sure we were happy with our purchase. Because of Colonial Nissan's *Top Class Service*, purchasing a car is no longer stressful for me and my family. Thanks Colonial!Very patient
by Albert49 on 02/27/2014updated 04/25/2025I went to the this dealership four times while negotiating. I would leave the dealership to think about it and they wouldn't try and keep me there. Some salesmen try and hold you there while they go get the manager and he would come back… always saying "what can I do to get you to buy this car". My response to those people is give it to me for free. The salesman was knowledgeable about the car and didn't pressure me. I would recommend this dealership to everyone.It's Worth the Drive

My visits were based on advertisements I read in the Sunday paper, which proclaimed great deals, end of the summer clearances etc... After learning that these… great deals were only for people who were active military and a recent college graduates. I'm all for incentives for our military and students, but I believe the motives of the dealerships are deceptive. After seeing an advertisement about Colonial Nissan being the #1 Nissan dealer, I decided to give them a call. After speaking with a sales associates and getting my questions answered, I asked them the financial details of the lease. To my surprise, the lease they were offering was similar to the offers of the other dealers, but without being active military or a recent college grad. The skeptical part of me was not satisfied, so I called and asked to speak to the manager "Jeff". He reassured me that the terms were valid. I set up an appointment to test drive the car. I believe that Jeff sensed my skepticism and along with my sales associate "Gary" also stayed in touch with me. On the day of the test drive I loaded my family up for the one hour drive, and called Jeff to asked him how much I should write a check out for, if we decided to lease the car. My skeptical side was still concerned about a bait and switch, so I wrote the check out to the exact amount Jeff had told me over the phone. Upon arriving at the dealer, Gary our sales associate took my kids to there popcorn maker for a treat. Jeff came over and introduced himself, and thanked us for coming such a long distance. To make our visit go smoothly, all our paperwork was prepared and ready to go. We were in and out of the dealership in an hour. Thank You Colonial Nissan, we'll be back!!! by mscher on 08/21/2012updated 04/25/2025WHAT AN AWFUL EXPERIENCE! I was looking for a specific car in which they told me they had in stock at 3:00 pm. I made an appointment at 4:00 pm that same day. When I arrived, I was escorted to a desk and was asked this first question, "Will… you be financing?" I immediately knew that I would not get a competitive rate if I was to finance. Then they immediately proceeded to tell me that the car I came in for was sold and delivered. Within 60 minutes? Really? The paperwork takes that long! The manager went into hiding as he saw me getting ready to leave. I waited him out to tell him that they are [non-permissible content removed] to get people in. He told me he would check again. He then proceeded to tell me that I asked for the wrong thing. Really? I am pretty good at colors and I know the difference between beige and black! After I left I received a phone call from someone else who gave me yet another excuse which was the owner took that car. Really? I never met an owner of a dealership who did not want one of the better cars on the lot OR would not sell it to a customer. The lies are so great at Colonial Nissan that even they can't keep them straight! These people just know how to waste your time and raise your blood pressure! the best 2 words to describe this dealership is "THEY STINK!"You mean the dealership owner BOUGHT that car or took it home OR was that a lie they told you? What do YOU think really happened?

I did a little research of Nissan Dealerships in the Philadelphia area to make sure I was going… to a reputable place that wasn't going to give me the typical shady sales. I found good reviews for Colonial Nissan. I also have a friend who has purchased his cars there for years and he highly recommended them. As we arrived and Sergey P greeted us immediately. He was very polite and catered to our interests. We were interested in the 2013 Altima. We did a test drive and were very impressed. We decided to look at financing options and Colonial was great. They gave us a good deal with a great maintenance contract. They gave us good trade in value for the Saturn. Alex and John in the financing department were a pleasure to deal with and Serge Bren made sure that we knew the most pertinent features of the car right before we drove away. All in all if you are looking for a great car buying experience, I would recommend Colonial Nissan to anyone.Buying a car from colonial Nissan

To Colonial.It's almost two hours away and the drive is worth it.We look forward to another great deal.This is my first review.I felt it was worth my time to let others know about my great experience.Highly Recommend!!

From beginning to end they made me feel comfortable and made the process as easy as possible for me. After much research, I went in there knowing what I wanted to pay… and they were able to make me a deal for less than that. Both Chris and Jeff were fantastic dealing with me. I knew what I wanted and I got everything that I asked for. Before I drove off the lot they made sure that I knew how everything in the car worked and set up the blutooth for me. Chris followed up with me a few days later to make sure that I was happy with my new 2013 Altima Coupe and has been there to answer any question that I had about the car since. I was referred to Colonial by a friend of mine and I would definitely recommend Colonial Nissan to others! I suggest that you ask for Chris S.Best experience leasing a car

We have always either bought or leased our cars from them. Jason F always takes the time to say Hello when I get there and always makes sure… that he gives me the deal I want. My sales person, Sergey P has always made sure I am happy with my selection and gets me the car I want. He is always responive to my needs. I know other salespeople there are good but Sergey is always my go to person and he always followes up after the deal to make sure I am happy with my selection.Charles W
