by David on 06/12/2019A special Thank You must go out to Mark Downey, Manager of the Collision Services Department. I had a $2,000 repair job done on my Toyota Avalon. From start to finish, Mark guided me all the way through the process. He made the… arrangements for my insurance company (AAA) to inspect the job and approve the quote. The job was completed in the time frame promised in a very satisfactory manner. Mark was able to transform an unfortunate situation into a positive outcome.Thank you for taking the time out of your day to share your wonderful experience with us. Sloane is great, Toyota, not so so much

The lack of quality in this new RAV4 model is sad and frustrating.It is important our customers feel completely confident with the customer service they received and it made us happy to read your review. by Adam on 04/12/2019I came in without an appointment and my car was still serviced that day. Investigation was done as to why we were having problems with the radio/display screen. You discovered that there was a problem and the car requires a new radio and… you ordered it. All of that was explained to me over the phone. You also profvided me with a ride home and ride back to the dealership when my car was ready. No charge for that service. I appreciate that.Thank you for the glowing review!
