    We hate the process of purchasing a car. It's such as important decision for your family, you want to mKe sure you get it right. Alex was such a huge part in making sure we got it right. Financially he was able to work out a great deal for us. But mostly importantly, he was professional, pleasant and made the process super easy! And he went out of his way for us as we have untraditional work hours. To make it easy for us, he drove out new car to my place of employment, and he picked up my trade there as well. That's customer service and that's going the extra mile!

    I liked the ease and convenience of the Honda dealership. The sales team is very courteous and friendly. Mike was definitely a big help in explaining the whole process. Jessica was also very helpful.

  • Honda CRV purchase at Faulkner Honda

    Nathan is an excellent salesman with a desire to help the customer and a commitment to Faulkner. He asked me questions to be sure the Honda CR-V I wanted would fit my needs and then explained the operation of the car in significant detail. I enjoyed the test drive and getting to know him, not many young people like him! I expect he will have a wonderful career with Faulkner with his refreshing attitude and sincere desire to help the customer. I have purchased 26 cars since I started driving and this is the best experience yet. I explained to Nathan what I wanted and he was able to show me the vehicle that best matched my needs and the rest of the purchase went very smoothly. I have already recommended Nathan and Faulkner to a business associate.

  • Faulker All The Way!

    One again, (the 3rd time in 5 1/2 yrs), Carl Sims came through for us again. I contacted Carl on Sat. a wk ago, inquiring about a vehicle I saw on Faulkner's website. Carl got back to me within an hour. He suggested I complete my credit app online that Sat. night. I did..Carl phoned me again on Monday to tell me the car was mine. My wife and I traveled 2 hrs that Fri. and purchased the car. We were in and out in less than a half hr. The young lady that handled the accounting, was very friendly, efficient and totally professional. Great experience! AGAIN!

    Total service. felt very welcomed. Very quick service. Kind and very considerate. The Sales Person was very helpful and knew alot about the car I wanted to purchase.
  • BUYER BEWARE -- TO BE SURE!!!!!

    2/5/15 I went in to purchase a used car with 3 priorities, as explained to the salesman: good gas mileage, black in color and around 10k to keep pay,nests around $250 for 36 months. All of my needs were fully ignored as the salesman came back with an Accord at $13,9k in grey. When asked how this would available for $250 a month, he replied, " my finance people work majic". The finance people came back with the car at $12,3k for me today at $322 for 60 months. I said NO and left. I went home and checked the car out online and found the advertised price to 11,9k for the same exact car. Faulkner Honda tried to sell me a car for more than the advertised price. I called the salesman, who said he was shocked and he told me he would check on it. He called back the next day with " great news", he could sell me the car for the advertised price. I told him I was no longer interested due to their DECIEPT. He was shocked again, and asked if I could give him another chance to make it right. He called back the next day with " great news". He could throw in. 1 year warranty at no cost...totally free. I told him that was not enought, I needed a lower price. He called back the next day again with "great news". He could lower the price buy taking out the price for the warranty. I said, " you mean the warranty that you previously told me was free?" Again, I told him, " I do not do business with people like you, the people at Faulkner Honda." BUYER BEWARE -- TO BE SURE!!!!! Joe

    The salesman Steve Reuben was very aware of what I liked and made me very happy by providing me with the terms of the loan, the favorable trade in value for my old Honda and his knowledge of vehicles.

    1) The beginning of the test drive - being driven down to the service center, through it and seeing facilities. Mike is quite knowledgeable of the Honda product 2) Mike understood that when I said I would not make a decision that day, that I was firm on it and was not 'salesmanlike' 3) Brad, sales manager, coming out and just having general conversation 4) Keeping in touch between down payment and actual purchase - not too much. Pretty much left the contacting up to me 5) Purchase - Jessica was good to work with. Very comfortable with sales and finance representatives

    Gary's positive introduction to Honda and the CRV vehicle that I'd researched online, Shana's excellent customer service (friendliness, responsiveness, patience, knowledge and sales experience) and staff professionalism (especially Andrew Putt and Jessica). There was a very positive vibe to the dealership with very busy, smiling, friendly employees despite the frantically busy Black Friday through December season. The icing on the cake was when Santa and his live reindeer arrived on the day we picked up our vehicle - he wished my daughter a Merry Christmas and we had our picture taken with Shana and the reindeer (we had our happy Honda smiles on!). Truly an unbelievable experience!

    The staff worked with me so I could lease a new vehicle. I especially like that all of the staff were so pleasant and accommodating to not only myself, but to other customers that I observed during my visit. Also I think your philosophy to make it enjoyable to purchase a vehicle by taking care of all of the paperwork from insurance to registration is great!!     The entire staff was friendly and helpful. The services performed on my car were done well and were done very quickly. I left the car there in the morning and asked to have it completed by 3:30pm as I had to attend some meetings at work and had another commitment nearly an hour away much later in the day. I was notified via email and phone call when my car was ready at 11:30am. I was able to return during my lunch break and get right back to work without missing a beat. It was truly an exceptional experience.
