I’ll admit I was hesitant to deal with a rental car place, but I have to say I am more than pleased. Most other places I went they had “better deals” but they just tack on thousands in mandatory warranties. The price that was on the vehicle… was what it was… INCLUDING A 12 month 12000 warranty. They also gave me top KBB value for my trade. No hidden fees, no sweet talk, no BS…which I appreciate when buying a car.
I do not put up with the typical cheesy car salesman attitude and I am not one that likes being schmoozed. My experience was excellent and professional, which is surprising when dealing with car salesmen.

If you value your Credit STEER CLEAR of this Place!!!
by Katrina H on 10/26/2023If you guys are shopping around for a car or STEER CLEAR of this place!!! We went in to inquire about a Kona that we wanted to purchase. The one I wanted was in the state of New Jersey and would cost $398 to have it transferred which I was… fine with. Well, she assured me that it would be way cheaper to just pay to have the aftermarket heated seats installed in the one that they had currently on their lot. But before we decided on anything we wanted to know what they were going to give us for our trade in a 2019 dodge journey, but we ended up having issues with the title. So had to leave to go to PennDOT well, in the meantime, she told me they were going to check and see what they could offer me. BUT she needed our information first before we left. So we gave her what she asked for and left a went to PennDOT. They were closed so then to a notary. While there she calls me and says they were only going to offer me $11,000 which meant we would take a $4000 loss and that would be at a 12% interest rate if we decide to finance. I got off the phone told my husband he said absolutely not so I, messaged her back and said sorry we’re going to shop around and we would like to finance with our bank. Well almost immediately my phone starts going off saying you had three hard credit checks so I messaged her again and said please stop running my credit, We are not interested! Well my phone goes off again an says, you have three more hard credit checks six in total!!! So I messaged her back again and said stop running my credit we do not want it an each time she continued to message me back with a lower interest rate and a higher amount for the trade in. Well the next day the gentleman we originally spoke with was nice enough to contact me and ask me what had happened he had seen the deal didn’t go through an I explained to him this is what happened and she needs to take this off our credit report because that’s not what we agreed to!!! We were originally told it would not affect our credit too much!!! An on top of it we never even signed anything, let alone took the car for a test drive!!! And now only 4 days later can’t get financing without a high interest rate because we have six hard credit checks on our record Thanks to them!!! So like I said do yourselves a favor an steer very clear of this place if you know what’s good for you!!!!Thank you for bringing this to our attention, Katrina.
