by Denman on 01/11/2024When you bring your vehicle in for5k maintenance intervals do a review with the technician for the work to be performed! The reason I'm telling this to you is to avoid unnecessary overlaps! I checked our vehicle in with Charles Carter!… We went thru what was required and avoided unneeded items like wiper blades that I just purchased at Advance! Tire rotation that was recently performed at Export tire! These are just 2 examples of overlaps in maintenance that would have been unnecessary and expensive! The maintenance they did perform was done professionally and documented! We appreciate the personnel at Spitzers Toyota personal in Monroeville PA!Thank you so much for your positive review! My experience overall was good, but after I had the opportunity to review my paperwork I had one concern. On the "Initial Customer Request" form the labor to… replace the sensor and protector fuel was listed as $166.00. However, the total labor on the first page was listed as $250.37.
