    It was time to trade in my 15-year-old Acura Integra. I chose Valley Honda because I've had excellent experience with the Honda / Acura product, and it was a very convenient location for me. Jeff was the sales person who took care of me. He was extremely knowledgeable about the Honda Accord line and was very patient as he explained and demonstrated all of the features of my new car. The whole trade-in and purchase process went smoothly. I left the showroom with a new card and am extremely pleased. I would like to address something negative I read in another review. I got a fair deal on my trade-in. My Integra was in good, but not excellent shape. I knew that it needed work, on which I did not want to spend any further money. They did note what was needed, which reduced the price of my trade-in, but it was exactly what was wrong. I received a fair trade-in value.

    On September 1st 2015, I was up for switching my current HONDA ACCORD EX-L 2013 (48000 miles) to newer Honda vehicle. I usually go to Valley Honda, Monroeville, for this accord and my odyssey for any servicing I need. That is why I went there as my first stop for shopping. I asked for sales person to help me with trade in and purchasing new vehicle. A guy appeared introduced his name JEFF and walked me in his cubical. He took my car keys to value my current vehicle and came back saying it is worth $ 8500.00 and I was pretty shocked. He described how bad shape it is in and it will go to junkyard after trade in. Now I drive this vehicle every day with no problem to go to work and I just could not believe it, so what if it has some minor scuffs. Then he said tires need replaced which I replaced 5 months ago. I walked out saying; I might as well drive my accord till I can. NO DEAL. I decided to bring this car to another Honda dealer-X to get second opinion. Now this dealer quoted the same vehicle with same conditions same day after looking at car history and everything for $ 13500 ($5000 more than Valley Honda). And he was ready to knock $2000 off new vehicle price (2015 CRV), that would save me 7 grand and free rubber cargo liner and rubber all season mats (Honda genuine accessories which is another $400 to $500). That sounded lot better deal and I went for it. DEAL. Here is when thing started getting bed, I received a survey call from Valley Honda on September 3rd 2015, for my experience for recent visit (which was supposed to be anonymous). I answered the questions lady had (i.e. “NO” for test drive because I did not get one), given the guy 9 out of 10 and 8 out of 10 for his efforts. Next day September 4th 2015, 9:23 am my phone rang and it was JEFF from Valley Honda [Phone number removed]. He started screaming at me for not buying car from him. He said I wasted his half an hour for coming in the showroom for getting a quote and inquire about new vehicle. Somehow, he found out I purchased new vehicle for somewhere else, he sounded very frustrated. I explained the deal other dealer made me I could not pass. Hell, I work for my money; I can’t pass up $7000 more in savings, and you are not my money manager to tell me where to spend my money. Then he threatened me not to step in to his showroom. I said whatever and hung up. I thought to myself what a loser first he could not give me better deal on my current vehicle, than he could not get me any bargain on new one and now he is showing his true colors after a couple days, thank god I did not buy vehicle from him. This guy is not only worse sales person but also have no ethics. Please put your energy to sale a care and not towards fighting with customer, it isn’t going to bring you more business. I hope the manager or owner of the business knows how potential customers are treated. This is not my first Honda vehicle; I have extended family of 30 who are big fan of Honda vehicles. We have civics, accords, crvs and odysseys for our daily uses. If someone from my family looking for new Honda I will know the truth about this dealer. I would suggest if you are in market to purchase a new Honda, get quote from JEFF and also check other Honda dealers for same vehicle. It is worth doing this way, it was worth ($7000) for me.

    I obtained my Valley Honda quote online from a leading consumers magazine. The quote was roughly $500 less than the "estimate" price given on the consumers magazine's website. I took the quote to another dealership and they beat that price by $400. I met with Vik Frazier and showed him what the other dealership quoted me. They beat that price by $200, which was $2,591 below MSRP!!! This put the purchase price below the "Unusually Low Price" on the consumers magazine's website. Not only that, but I was able to get a cargo tray and bumper applique at no cost. A $231 value. It was a very painless transaction. Oh, and they beat my credit union's interest rate for financing. Talk about a win-win-win!!! I would recommend Vik to everyone who wants to buy a car. Keep in mind that he is an internet salesman, so you must request a quote online.

    My husband and I were in the market to purchase a used car for our son who is returning from basic training. We emailed interest in a vehicle and received a few not so professional return emails. My husband decided just to call as there may have been some misunderstanding. Well, unfortunately that was not the case. When asking about the vehicle the Internet sales manager was rude and short. We live in the area this dealership is in and have always gone to Bowser prior to this. This has sealed the deal. We will be contacting Mark Mihalik for our 4th vehicle purchase as they know how to treat people. Very disappointed and would not recommend this place to anyone. I stopped in to ask for the Gm and after a couple of questions, the general sales manager said and who are you so rudely. A possible customer is all he should've needed to know. This place is why car salesmen have bad names!

    This was, without a doubt the most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had. I walked in with a price quote that had been emailed to me and went from there. Vik Frazier was very pleasant and a complete professional. I was at ease immediately. The test drive was great, I got what I wanted for my trade and the finance rate was better than I expected.

    Once coworkers found out I was in the market for a new car, a steady stream of "car buying horror stories" followed. The wife and I ended up taking 4 test drives at various dealerships in the area, and our experience at Valley Honda was the best. I would highly recommend Jason Flenniken to anyone in the market for a car. Jason made my wife and I feel comfortable as he patiently answered our questions, and explained many of the features of the vehicle. I was pleased with the Valley price, and they were able to provide me better financing than what I was able to find on my own.

    July 2015 - we just purchased our third vehicle from Valley Honda, and our second from Joe Carlino. Buying from Joe/Valley Honda is low pressure, straightforward, and always responsive. Thank you, Joe. We are also pleased with the consistent and professional service we receive at Valley Honda.

    We went into Valley Honda showroom with no intention of purchasing a car that day --we were just "shopping". Fortunately, for us, Terry came up & introduced himself. We sat down at his desk and told him what we were driving and that we had 1 1/2 yrs left on our car loan. We expressed the fact that we were driving an suv and would probably stick with that type of vehicle. We had heard good things about the CR-V's and wanted to see them and test drive one. .Terry said we could take a test drive now in a CR-V (which we did). He further explained the various models of CR-Vs and showed us the differences in each model. We asked about leasing vs owning. He prepared an example that would actually lower our monthly payment & give us "more car" for the money. After 1 1/2 hrs of looking, driving, and talking "turkey" with Terry, we signed on the dotted line to lease a 2015 White CR-V AWD EX-L (which was delivered to the dealership the night before). Terry then spent at least a 1/2 hour or so going over all of the features (bells and whistles) of our new vehicle. So, Happiness is... a caring, non-pressure sales person who is looking out for his customers' best interests. Terry is definitely an asset to Valley Honda. If any of our friends query us about our new car, I will definitely send them to Valley Honda and tell them to ask for Terry.

    We recently purchased a new Honda Pilot through Valley Honda. It was a fantastic experience! Our salesman, Jason, was honest, courteous, flexible, and thorough. He was quick in reply with any questions we had and went above and beyond in making us comfortable with the entire purchasing process. In fact, everyone at Valley Honda was exceptionally kind; from the ladies at the front desk all the way through. What we appreciated most, even beyond the no-pressure sale, is that our concerns and time were valued on a personal level by Jason. This entire experience, which was over the course of just one and a half days, is now at the very top of our car buying experiences! There is no doubt that we will continue our car's service at Valley Honda, and we will certainly go back to them when we are in need of another car. I highly recommend Valley Honda!

    this should be a 5 star review. Connie and Jasonfantastic and accommodating.Connie went the extra mile to get me the financing at a much better rate than I had expected and quite frankly better than I had already accepted. my interaction with the rest of the staff unfortunately wasn't as pleasant. the receptionist was very standoffish and very rude and short. I watched her have several pleasant transaction with other patrons. when I asked her if Connie was in yet she acted like I was bothering her. worst of all, some of the other salespeople we're joking with what I can only hope we're friends back special financing was right this way let me get Connie for you. and then started chuckling. I know I am correct in assuming but it was supposed to be some kind of joke that special financing it's supposed to be some sort of insult and not a way to finance cars for more people. quite frankly I'm not that sensitive and it would have been appropriately funny if perhaps someone who was receiving that special financing wasn't within earshot. I had already spent a lot of time and energy attempting to finance my vehicle otherwise I would have walked out right then. I am a customer service manager as welland I will not let the actions of one or two people negate to find job that Jason and Connie did that day. I would only hope then in the future you would understand that even those of us that nice so called special financing are important customers with feeling and deserve respect no matter what their credit rating. I will be back and I will encourage others to come to your dealership.

    I just wanted to say that I had a really great experience with Jason @ Valley Honda. I did an internet search and reached out to a number of dealers. I wasn't impressed with most of them, as they were pushy, their quotes were not very low and when I met with one of them at their dealership...they did the traditional "car dealer" thing. Just a big turnoff. But Valley was different. I got there and Jason was ready to take me out on a test drive right away. No long chit chat with another sales guy. No "let me have you talk to my manager." Jason was ready to go and worked with me from beginning to end. I also appreciated that he asked me what I wanted in a car and what my budget was. After that chat, he was actually able to help me afford an even better car than I originally was looking for. We worked out all of the details and I couldn't be any happier with the experience. He respected me during the entire experience and it really wasn't about playing games. Definitely work with Valley if you want a fantastic deal and a positive, respectful experience.

    Just recently purchased a new 2015 Honda Civic EX. Terry Stay was terrific! He was knowledgeable, nice and worked very well with us. The whole process of purchasing the car was simple and quick. It was my first car buying experience and went smoothly! Great prices and service.

    My husband and I just bought a Honda CR-V EX and absolutely love it and love Valley Honda! They were the most professional, knowledgeable and the most down to earth people we ever dealt with when buying a car. They were so nice and pleasant and explained every part of the process thoroughly so that we knew exactly what we were getting and for exactly how much we wanted to spend. I love love love them!!!!!

    My wife and I have always bought used vehicles. This was our first new purchase. Our salesman, Jeff K. was more than helpful and went out of his way to make sure everything was as it should be. It took us a little over a week to decide and make the purchase. That whole time, Jeff was patient and never pushy. The finance department was courteous and professional. We never felt like we were wasting anyone's time, as we have felt at countless other dealerships. Overall I would say that Hinda is the best vehicle and Valley Honda is their best dealership.

    I researched my Civic using the AARP online service. This brought me in contact with Dan Lauric, Internet Salesperson. He was very helpful, with a respectful, no pressure approach. About ten days after our initial contact I made an appointment for a test drive. Sold. It took a few days for my specific color combination to arrive, and when it did we closed the sale the next day. Our encounter with the Finance person, Mike Donnelly was very pleasant. His explanations of the various warranty options and protection packages were clear and well reasoned, again, with no pressure applied. We added several packages as we intend to keep the car for many years (our usual vehicle strategy). I highly recommend the gentleman I worked with. (And by the way, Dan Lauric has excellent taste in music.)

    We had a hard time deciding which car to buy to replace my 2006 Impala. We wanted a suv type vehicle. We took our time deciding and decided on a Honda Crosstour. Valley Honda was the only place that had the color we wanted. They were very nice to deal with when buying the car. I hope that it will continue to be a pleasant experience as the time goes by and we need anything done to the car.
