    Paul Carragher and Lukas were great to work with on my new car deal. The honesty and openness with the value of my trade and financing options was spot on. I do my homework before I buy and they were extremely receptive to an educated buyer. Great ford dealership.

    So far I've had a good experience, although I just took my new car home a few days ago so I have yet to see if there will be any issues with maintenance and the warranty, etc. Michael Figlia was really great to work with. Prior to our appointment he texted me a welcome video and showed me the Escape I was interested in. He was great at responding to an email the day after I bought my car and responded without much delay. A few days after I purchased the car he texted me again to make sure I enjoyed my new ride and to address any possible questions. Great customer service and great experience!

    I just purchased a used Fusion Hybrid from Mark Magrann of Ciocca Ford in Souderton. It was an awesome experience! Whether swaping stories to being patient and taking the time waiting for me correcting my insurance docs or making decisions. The enternet team Sherah, Kailyn & June are all rock stars and Ray in Finance sealed it all up for. True professionals and this is from someone that use to work in the industry!!

    I have been a customer of Ciocca Ford, and Mark Philips fro many years, and have NEVER!!! encountered a bad customer experience. Mark and the staff at Ciocca Ford have always treated me any my family with the utmost of respect, and we have NEVER left the dealership feeling as if we'd be "HAD, or TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF!!"This purchase will be our seventh or eighth completed with Mark and Ciocca Ford, and as noted above, always a positive experience. Having family members who've been involved in the auto sales business, I am fully aware of many of the pitfalls that some customer have encountered with some unscrupulous car dealers, not the case with Ciocca Ford. I would highly recommend Ciocca Ford of Souderton to anyone who might be in the market for a new or propitiously owned vehicle.     After researching several different vehicles from different companies, I finally was set on purchasing a 2016 Ford Focus ST. I also researched for several months on how to get the best deal on one and also what to watch out for when going through the car buying process. Prior to visiting Ciocca Ford of Souderton, I visited over 9 different Ford dealerships in the 100 mile radius looking for the best deal. Unfortunately, a lot of the dealerships I visited were somewhat deceiving and I honestly did not believe that they deserved my business. After being disappointed, I decided to visit Ciocca which is only 10 minutes away from my house to see if they could offer me something new. The salesman that helped me was Dan Hughes and he was the most straight forward and honest salesman that I had come across. In fact, every person at that dealership was very honest and had excellent customer service. It was really refreshing that dealerships like this exist after having a negative experience at others. This was my first new car purchase ever and I am completely satisfied with my purchase. The finance manager, Luke, was also spectacular and answered every question I had thoughtfully. Ciocca Ford of Souderton has gained a customer for life and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. Thanks again for the wonderful experience.

    I can't say enough good things about my experience. The internet staff ( Sherah) was excellent . The sales staff (Mike) was great. Everyone was very polite. Answered all my questions . Took the time with me. They were on the ball with everything . Just a great experience.

    I went to Ciocca because, after looking at several other dealer sites, it was apparent that their prices were the lowest. I was uncertain if I would qualify for a vehicle because of poor credit, but I wanted to try anyways. I was sent to Mike Figlia, and he let me test drive a brand new Ford Escape. It drove like a dream. He was very friendly through the entire process. It turns out that they DID find financing for me, and they got me into that brand new 2016 Escape. Everyone there was great, and I love my new car!

    I don't understand why getting to the bottom line has to be such a hassle, the bait and switch tactics are still used. Of course we didn't qualify for "all" the great rebates... And my trades weren't worth nearly what they were on every other site, then I was told there is no 0.00% financing, which ford said there was!!!! Then I was insulted further and asked to look at cheaper vehicles! I have over an 800 credit score and ample income, always owned fords but never this kind of hassle! Know your stuff at this dealer or you'll get rooked! And the nice part about them is you get to meet every salesman!!! They send in a different guy every time trying to close a deal! Bahahah

    Our experience with Chris Miller was great. He took his time to explain the car and options for purchase. Totally satisfied with them honoring the True Car price certificate. Nick Jenny also did exceptional work in the finance dept ironing out the deal.
  • Beware!!! Read This Before You Buy Used From Faulkner!!!

    Faulkner gave me a good price on my used truck but I didn't think I would be sacrificing quality for a fair deal. They told me that everything was great with the vehicle and that their technician checked it out thoroughly. Well, two weeks after I purchased my truck, I took it in to my local garage for a safety inspection. My garage told me that by PA state inspection procedures, the truck should not have passed inspection (which had just been performed within 1 month of my purchase). The emergency brake levers were seized and the shoes essentially fell apart upon removal. I live 2 hours away from Faulkner and had to get the brakes repaired at my home shop. When I asked Faulkner if they would at least help me out with the bill for repairs, they told me I was "upsold" and that my brakes didn't really need fixed and that my home garage was just looking for something to fix. It sounds to me that Faulkner knows a thing or two about "upselling" consumers. Buyer beware...especially if Faulkner is out of town for you. They DID NOT stand behind the vehicle that they sold to me. All I got was a lot of talk, days and days of waiting for e-mail and phone call returns. I am on my own to make any repairs necessary to a vehicle that was "inspected thoroughly" by their technician.

    Do Not Go To This Dealership. They us tactics as you would find at “Joes Used Autos”. I purchased a new car at this dealership after receiving a decent price via the internet. I called the dealership to arrange an appointment to see the car they had provided a quote for. They put me on hold for 5 minutes to confirm the car was available and then told me it was there. I arrived at the dealership only to be told that someone had put a deposit on the car 2 days before. They convinced me to test drive another car which was “similar” to the car I wanted to see and said they would search inventory at other local dealerships. When I returned from the test ride, I was informed an identical car as the one I had been quoted on had been found but would cost me $200.00 more to have it transported. I should have just got up and walked but I didn’t. They then took my trade out to “check it out”. The price they offered seemed low and they then raised it by $800.00. However they repeatedly deceived and manipulated me regarding the value of my trade. It is my fault that I fell for what they were telling me only to discover they are now selling my trade for almost $6000 more than what they offered me. They told me repeatedly they were going to send my trade to auction and were giving me almost as much as they could get for it. When I confronted them regarding their deceptions, they continued to play the” Lie Game”. Take anything they say to you with a grain of salt, maybe two. Better still do not even go to this dealership. Everything they do is for the mighty dollar – no thought of fairness or truth to their “valued Customers”. I do believe a dealership should make a “Fair Profit” but I feel the treatment I received was far from “Fair”. It is my fault, I tend to trust people, and I fell for their frequently repeated “We don’t do business like that” line. Buyer Beware – Better still - Do not even go to this dealership.
