What a Wonderful Experience at Scott Honda
by 83Vandygrad on 07/08/2015My wife and I went on a search for a new car. We looked at Ford, Mazda and Honda and we ended up negotiating a sale on a new car at Scott Honda. We worked with Bernie Hughes who we found to be a very professional saleman. It is so… refreshing to enter a dealership and meet with a sales person that doesn't feel compelled to put on the hard sell. From our perspective, Bernie couldn't have approached the situation any better than he did. As a result of how he treated us on our initial visit, I was very much interested in continuing to work with Bernie on the sale. We have purchased one other Honda from Scott Honda and we will continue to take our business to this dealership for the product they sell and the warmth they display their customers. We will also continue to give our testimonials to others in hopes that they will take their business to Scott Honda as well.Another excellent experience with Scott Honda

The Sales person, Mongi Borni was a huge help and made our experience a pleasurable one. His knowledge of the vehicle was super and extremely… helpful. He was very accommodating and we will recommend him to others. Ron, in contracts, was also very fast and helpful and moved our paper work to completion in record time. My Civic ran with only oil change check ups, break/tire replacements and timing belt replacement; that is quite literally all, for… 165,000 miles. Friends led me to Rick Osberg there at Scott, Westtown where they are leasing the new Accord as well and their recommendation was a delight to me; Rick is perfectly wonderful to work with. The finance manager, with whom I shared an interest in horses and whose name escapes me for which I apologize and I cannot read on my documents, concluded that part of the transaction with warmth and speed, very appreciated. The architecture of Scott Honda is, as well, immensely comfortable and visually open to nature affording a relaxed pleasantness to transpiring business there. All in all a superb rating in all possible categories; I will be returning!A++

The sales representative, Cliff, was informative and attentive and the sales manager was able to get the exact color and style into the lot in two days - which was no small feat as I… requested a 6-speed with no front plate mounts. Basically, it was as painless and facile as these transactions get. As for the Honda Fit - I love it. Very peppy for 130hp. Roomy for a subcompact. Smooth clutch. Nimble. Great tech features. Additional note - my wife has been servicing her 2008 Honda Accord at Scott Honda. She is very satisfied and the thing still runs like a top.Great service department

He is very friendly, knowledgeable and fun to work with. Dan took the time to show me all of the cool features that I… was interested in and answered all of my questions. Rob Hannigan in finance is equally nice and even provided some info on how we could improve our credit. The dealership itself is huge with one of the biggest selections of new and used Honda's in the area. The amenities are an added touch and actually makes going for service something that one wouldn't dread. I would definitely tell anyone I know looking for a Honda to go to Scott Honda and ask for Dan!Excellent service!

They usually post Honda certified vehicle at a very low price on website but when you approach them they inflate the price by several thousands dollars saying it was a mistake.… Then they try selling you useless cars. I worked with a sales person named Stacey who invited me to the store to offer a car at originally posted price. When I reached there they refused to honor even agreed upon price. Also to cheat consumer, they were hiding some critical data buy showing Autocheck manipulated report. I generated carfax by myself and saw that car was run 11000 miles in just 5 months and then 18000 miles in 1 years. I hate this dealership for their manipulative practices.no nonsense

Most of the work was done from email as traveling in the greater Philadelphia area is difficult...especially since I work in the city. Devin was our sales rep and was… very personable. He communicated well with me and was very responsive to all questions and concerns. We were pre-approved for a loan before we went to purchase the car, but they really tried to find a better deal. I appreciate the effort they took, but we ended up using our own loan company. The buying experience was smooth and I look forward to dealing with them again. We were very much on guard for "the games" that dealers play, and we got them at other dealers, but not at Scott Honda. Clear understandable deal that only changed when we wanted it… to. Very professional with no pressure/hype. The people we dealt with there were forthcoming and honest, and we very much appreciated everything that they did. We would highly recommend Scott Honda, and in particular, Candace Carney in Sales and Azad Yepremian in the closing/warranty/final paperwork area.Best delaer ever!

Steve Seiler, in the finance department… did an amazing job and my payments ended up being less then the amount we expected. The experience was easy and stress free from beginning to end. All whom I dealt with were friendly, courteous and could the overall experience was excellent. I would definitely recommend Scott Honda. Greg Cole was an excellent salesman - great presentation on the Honda products and options, made… the buying and especially financing process simple, and friendly. I especially appreciated how the entire dealership staff made you feel like family. Thanks guys. I now understand why Honda customers keep coming back. I was curious enough where I turned around and went in to the salesroom. This is where I met Rob Zerbe. A… year later I get a call from Rob to see how things are going and spoke with him about some concerns. I went to the dealership 10/14 with hopes that I could get a 2013 Honda Insight. I told them what I wanted and I got everything I asked for. They paid my load off that I only had for a year and got me in a more fule efficient care as I do a lot of long distance driving. Definitely not questioning my decision.Very Positive Experience!
