Loving my new Toyota

I found a 2010 Camry for an unbelieveable price online in the morning and by 6:30 that night I was driving it home. Tony K. is the best salesman I've ever dealt… with. Rich M. and Greg P. were a tremendous help in getting me financed and into a car I really wanted. Go to Motorworld, talk to Tony and make the switch to Toyota.Excellent

by muffin7 on 12/28/2011updated 04/25/2025Let me start by saying that I am a difficult person to deal with when buying a car. Like most people, I do my research and ask lots of questions. I always tell the salesman I do not have time to haggle back and forth and to give me the best… deal possible. When I have my mind set that I am buying a car, I will buy a car. Like many others, my time is limited. I had a day off to shop and was determined to purchase a car that day. I went to 4 other dealerships and spoke to 3 others by telephone with MotorWorld being my last choice. Now that it is all over, I wish I would have gone to MotorWorld first. When I say a painless deal, I mean a painless deal. I dealt with my salesman over the phone for most of the time as this dealership was the furthest away from where I reside. George was a no nonsense guy and did not give me the run around like the other dealerships did. He respected what I was saying about a busy schedule etc. and held up to his word. He gave me a price and I said I would be down to sign after a 1 hour and 30 minute drive. He had everything ready for me when I arrived even though they were ready to close. He stayed after hours with me to answer any further questions. I signed everything that night holding up to my word and told him I would pick the vehicle up at the end of the week (3 days later). I appreciated his hard work ethic and straight forward pricing with no haggle. I will definitely buy from this gentleman again and have already told my family members who are looking to purchase new vehicles. The other dealerships called the next day and told me they can do better on the price and some even offered a price match guarantee. I told them they had their opportunity to deal with me and chose to do the back and forth numbers game. I am so happy with my new car purchase thus far. by greendog4 on 03/31/2014updated 04/25/2025We bought our 2013 Pruis in late Sept 2013. Our friend introduced us to Ryan C who had been their salesperson and I fully understand why. He was knowledgeable, personable, and instructive. We had an excellent buying experience. On 3/29/14… we brought our son to Ryan for a new car. He traded his 2002 Honda Accord with almost 300,000 miles for a Toyota Corolla and was thrilled. This was after he test drove 3 other makes including a Honda Accord. Ryan was right. For the money the others could not beat the Corolla. This was our second great experience with Ryan. During this visit Ryan also arranged for our state inspection on the Pruis. We thank him.Very helpful and knowledgeable sales staff

Great place to buy a new vehicle

Would like to see better military discount plans, though. I just came back from the… current war campaigns and am placed back on reserve status. Because I am reserve I didn't get the discount. Also, the discount was only for $500. Is that how you feel about the people who sacrifice everything so you still have a place to have a business. I am very disturbed over that fact. I wonder how this could be.sales person review

Awesome Experience

We were greeted very politely by many different Toyota sales people and were asked about our needs for a car. Jay T. and Pete C. helped us through the process and… got us into a new RAV 4 which was not even on our radar but turned out to be a less expensive option to meet our needs. Couldn't ask for a better experience

He helped my father and I pick out the exact car I wanted and made sure I was completely satisfied with my car. Tony… was extremely personable and helped me get mud flaps on my car which originally didn't include them. I was in and out with a new car within a few hours which made the process seem very easy. We have gotten to know Tony Kampas over the years as he has… been an expert salesperson to us. Tony is very fair and listens to what we want and never pushes us into anything. He has great communication skills and is very knowledgeable of the product. His professionalism is second to none. Each time we come in he remembers our name and personal things about us which makes us feel like we matter a little more than just being a customer.Horrible Sales Experience

I went there to buy a sienna and encountered a sales staff that does not return phone calls and a sales manager that I could only describe as inept. He actually could not find the title… to my vehicle and it took me two separate trips there to get it from him. Although I think the toyota product is excellent; I would not recommend purchasing from this dealership.motorworld is a lifesaver
by walshtf on 07/01/2013updated 04/25/2025i made an appt. with a true gentalman at motorworld his name is Alex C my truck had broke down and would cost over 2,000 dollars to fix, i am 100% disabled and i have a bankruptcy on my credit report the nature of my disability concerns to… say the very least bad nerves over the course of the morning i felt i had little to no chance of getting a new car alex kept me at ease his curtesy, honesty, and knoledge of autos and people are uncanny. when he came back from financing also excellent and said congradulations he almost saw a 50yr old man cry i thank him from the bottom of my heart and wish him the best life has to offer. if your smart and you want a toyota at motorworld ask for Alex i guarantee you you will be doing what i am right now giving this humble man his just dos again thank you alex, thomas w.Thomas, great to hear you had such a wonderful experience with Alex at Toyota Motorworld.
