    Professional. No pressure. Paperwork went fast and smooth. Good deal. Took time to explain the bells and whistles on the new car. With my permission, Margie came to our house for my wife to sign the papers since she was unable to get to Motorworld. This is our third car from Motorworld. Very happy so far.

    The two gentlemen from the service department were excellent. They were friendly and extremely efficient. I could not have had a more pleasant experience.

    Call the prior day and got 1 quote then when I brought in my vehicle they told me another price. to which I questioned and was told that's just a ball park figure but the difference was of $100 which to me doesn't make sense.

    The woman who I spoke to about the problems with my vehicle took her time to listen & was informative. She informed me of what was wrong with the vehicle prior to having anything fixed, if it was covered under warranty, & if I wanted to go ahead with fixing the issues.

    Our Toyota salesperson Margie was very knowledgeable and friendly, the Toyota sales manager shook our hand as soon as we walked into showroom...the financial person was very efficient and friendly. The process went quickly.

    Thank you for the opportunity to share my experience. Jim Coleman was very helpful and I appreciated his assistance during the sale process. There was a misunderstanding on my part as to the purchase price. I drove two hours to get to your dealership. Personally speaking, negotiating a price on a new car is not my cup of tea. The whole process is confrontational. I believe EVERY MSRP price is a fabrication as well as any INVOICE price is too. Every vehicle is just a commodity...it is a widget...it can and should be negotiated. that said, Thank you for your service and accommodating me. In all the hustle and hurry to get the deal over with I forgot to inquire about the TOYOTA CARE program plastered there in your showroom. Not sure if I qualified since I negotiated my price. In other words, I received a more favorable price than you would have offered because I was willing to walk out of your dealership. (Nothing personal) its just about the money. It is always about the money. i have a degree in Marketing and have been around the block before. Sales is not about the experience for me...it is about the bottom line and the money in my pocket. Well I will close and say Thank you. Please let me know if the toyota care program is valid with the purchase of my new vehicle or if it does not apply. Many thanks, Susan A satisfied Toyota Buyer

    The sales man Jan and sales manager Jay did everything they could to get me the car I wanted. They went above and beyond what they had to do to make sure I got the vehicle I wanted.
