  • Bad Deal at Fort Mill Ford

    Staff are great but the truck they sold me was not so great. It has a steering problem and a severe oil leak. Dealership has not returned my calls or offered to fix the problems with the truck.

    Tried to buy a truck on Saturday for cash,they said they could not sell until Monday if deal fell through until then.They called Monday said it fell through told them sold and they sold it from underneath me with an hour. Absolutely discussed with their experience, put them on your NOT list.

    Brought in my 2019 Lincoln for second time because the passenger running board isn't functioning properly. Car was left for 4 days and the next day the same problem recurred.

    Had a warranty issue that they wouldn’t help with. I went to a different dealer who took care of it no problem. I also asked to speak with the service manager and he said he didn’t have time to talk with me.

  • Service Center is a Complete disaster

    I brought my F-150 in for an oil change. I got home and lifted the hood, and it looked like a 3-year-old tried to pour oil in truck out of a boot. Highly dissatisfied!!! Began to smell something burning when I drove my truck and brought it back to the service center. Apparently, it a new valve cover gasket and vacuum pump. I left the service manager my extended warranty info so a call could be made to make sure this was covered. I pad a $1000 bill because a call was never made to my extended warranty company! I talked with the service manager and all I got was maybe some discounts on future service. We will see.

    Drove an hour for a scheduled test drive and when I showed up it was just sold even though I was “told “ I was put on a list to look at it. Plus no one told anyone that we were coming.
