Robert Thompson was our salesman and he was very professional and helpful. Everything from the sale to the paperwork was a breeze. I had visited three dealerships prior and could not believe how much I felt more like prey than customer! However, I felt theโฆ difference coming in the door -RESPECT! I told them my budget and they showed me great cars that fit, with no pressure. I left there very happy. Upon returning that vehicle yesterday, I found the same great service and respect. I once again rode away with a great car, in my price range. Ask for Paul, he is personable, knowledgeable and tuned in to making good deals happen.Friendly Quality Service

We were pleasantly surprised from the test drive to the drive home with the staff of Stateline Chrysler Dodge Jeep. The staff was friendly, helpfulโฆ and respectful. I started researching different vehicles online several weeks prior to narrowing it down to Jeeps (once again, like I didn't get enough of them, driving them in the Military).โฆ I came across Car.com built what I was looking for and then received multiple offers from the area Jeep dealers. I could have gone North about 40 miles and saved 1K dollars by the Car.com site; with a dealer virtually around the block from me, it was a no brainer, where I was going... Stateline Jeep... and they did not disappoint. Special Kudo to Salesman Cedric... he was always available and able to answer them... purely ignorant questions about all them new fangled electronic devices in the new Jeeps. Once again, I have a new Jeep in my driveway, parked next to my 12 year old Jeep Grand Cherokee... keeping it because it has been so damn good and I do need something to cart my German Shepherds around in.Such a simple and quick purchase!

I had a very specific budget and Cedric and his team were not only completely respectful of my budget but incredibly informative.โฆ My last car buying experience was a total nightmare and I am so glad I chose to do business with Stateline! They put me in an awesome 2015 Wrangler with all the bells and whistles! The wrangler is in my budget and Cedric had me in it and off the lot in a couple hours! Highly recommend :)Blessing

He took his time to show us all the aspects of each vehicle we looked at andโฆ answered all of our questions. Mr. Johnson was very friendly and personable and made us feel comfortable while we were there. We would definitely recommend our friends and family to come see him if they are in the market for a new vehicle. by mike529 on 10/18/2010One week after buying a used car from Stateline I got a call from a salesman at another dealership that was searching for a car for me. When I told him I bought a VW TDI from Stateline he said he hoped it wasn't that red one. I said it wasโฆ and he told me that car was originally bought and serviced at his VW dealership and it had an engine problem. The owner didn't want to make the expensive repair and would trade it in. He also told me a potential buyer backed out of a deal on that car after talking to him and that the buyer informed Stateline the reason why. So Stateline knew of the problem but when I contacted them they denied it and would not make good on the repair in whole or part. The sales manager got defensive right away and was rude.Sleazy
by cool4u on 02/20/2010After esponding to a "something for nothing" mailer that actually borders on fraudulant. (I didn't expect anything else) I spoke with a salesman about the vehicle I was interested in. We did a preliminary credit check, I gave them my VIN onโฆ the trade and we discussed trade in value. Nice guy. I would have bought from him. Looked me in the eye and never said anything dishonest. I told him I would have to speak with my wife and I would be back in touch. Like most places when a prospect gets ready to walk he has to go get his business manager (closer) to try and make it happen right now. I understand and went along. He asked me more financial questions, payment range, etc. He assured me we could get into the payment and price range I was looking for, gave it to me in writting, then put the hard stereotypical push on and wanted me to take the car home to show my wife. He asked me how I would deal with the "disappointment" if the car was gone before I could come back. I told him I wasn't 16 and I could keep my emotions in check. Now he's just getting annoying. So I left. A few days later on the weekend I return with my wife. Same sales guy is there, greets us and gets us a tag for a test drive. We come back about an hour later and decide to look further into the details. Here comes sleazy again. As I start discussing the same figures we did 2 days ago he says, "Oh we can't do that on that car!" and says we would have to have a sales price about 10K lower. I remind him of our earlier conversation and that I had the worksheet. He says, "Show me! Show me the worksheet!" The salesman looks like he wants to crawl under a rock and goes to get his copy. The manager runs off to a computer and starts punching numbers. I make a final decison that I'm not doing business here and walk for the final time. The guy struck me as sleazy and sadly, stereo typical as a sales person from the moment I met him. I say sadly because as a true professional sales person I know how hard those of us with integrity work to over come that common perception. This guy is a blight on the rest of us. The techs do a great job on my jeep and will even come out and ride with me if I need to show them a noise or some thing. They always give me a ride to workโฆ or home if I need it. The shop is very clean and the waiting room is great. They also have a quick oil change set up that gets it done fast if you need it. Thanks Ron, Barbara and Dave. You all have always done a great job for me.First time and Last time
by daveberry717 on 03/23/2009I had a what seemed to be a simple issue, my windows wouldn't stop at the correct points.After a few hours of diagnosis which my service contract wouldn't cover they found nothing. The diagnostics weren't fully covered because of theโฆ ridiculous amount of time it took. So after a couple hundred for a diagnosis, they decide I need to replace ALL of my window regulators, to the tune of 700.00 above and beyond what my service contract would cover. Needless to say I went to [another dealership], about 30 miles out of my way. We spoke with one of the service managers briefly, he left his chair and walked straight out to my vehicle and had it fixed within 1 minute(seriously!!!!). So of course I will be driving past STATELINE, on my way to [the other dealership]. Everytime. Thank you for your quality service, and best of luck to your continued business in this market, Adapt or go under.Warranty Repair
by 2006jeep on 03/08/2008The level of service I have experienced at Stateline Jeep was the worst of any dealership I have personally received. I have owned Mercedes, Jeep, Chevrolet and Ford products and although not always totally satisfied with a given serviceโฆ department I have never had the type of negative experience I had at Stateline Jeep. Ron, the service manager was rude, arrogant and most of all, lacked the forthrightness I have come to expect from other new car dealerships. If it was not for the fact that my family and I enjoy the fun of the Jeep Wrangler, I would not only not go there, I would get rid of the vehicle. I will not return to that dealership for any reason at all and would suggest that no one else does either.Very Good Experience

Ton Jordan, sales manager, and Lawrence were there to greet me when I came to pick up the van. They wanted to make sure we were happy. We are thrilled, and Iโฆ am very pleased with our choice of the Town & Country Limited & Stateline. BTW, my computer never showed this review as having been submitted, so there is another one coming along soon.
