Seriously dishonest. Classic bait and switch.
by Michael Carson on 07/08/2023I began the car purchase through their online portal. I received a call the next morning from the dealership acknowledging my purchase. I scheduled a time an hour later to go to the dealership to complete the paperwork. When I arrived, I… was told the vehicle had sold some time ago and should have been removed from the website and wasn't available. They then conveniently offered me other vehicles all of which sold for thousands more and had more miles. Seriously dishonest business practices...a classic bait and switch.When we buy again, we'll definitely be using Enterprise!
