    People were great to work with. I found that I can go elsewhere for lots cheaper to get computer work done($30). It was over $160 and they didn't even fix anything. That was not told to me until after they called me to see if I wanted the… part fixed for $26. I was also led to believe that there would be a rebate on the remote start I put on, and that was $650, not the $400 I intended. I'm sure I won't be back unless it is for warranty issues.

    Expensive, but very good. Kept me informed as the process went along. Nice I could use the shuttle service.

    Called in one morning to have a recall done and even with a full schedule offered to take my vehicle in. Got done that afternoon. Much earlier than projected. Fast, quality work.

    I had a wonderful experience with Sioux Falls Ford. I was sent away from the dealership that I originally purchased my car from, they told me they could not help because I owned a Ford. Andrew Hughes made sure I was taken care of from start… to finish. He reassured me that he and the Ford team could diagnosis the problem and fix my Escape, all while honoring my warranty. Everything from timely service, phone calls to update me and wonderful fleet drivers, I will definitely be going back to Sioux Falls Ford. Thank You!

    Staff was very polite even though they were busy and I had no appointment. Since most of my lights had come on I needed it checked to see if it was just the battery or something more serious. I was grateful they managed to fit me in and… give me a lift home. Always very polite. They fixed the main issue and informed me of a different issue they discovered. Turns out I had been ripped off at a different garage that I last had work done on my vehicle. Honestly Sioux Falls Ford has been one of the rare places in town that have not tried to take advantage of me. Your honesty is more important to me than any price. Very serious when I say I have lost trust in every other place I have taken a vehicle and will continue to do business with Sioux Falls Ford.

    Aj Fondness did a great job as my service rep and has always been willing to take the time a listen and really understand the issues with my vehicle. I always look for him when i need work done. The nice care again covered all my work… done minus the deductible and had been a good investment. Thank you for the god service.

    I thought that the dealership was nice to work with. I was taken off guard by the no negotiation policy, but I actually think it is a wonderful way to do business. You tell me what you'll give me on trade and what the vehicle costs and I… decide if I want to pay it. I think that makes for a nice low stress environment and as the consumer I left feeling comfortable. Alex was great to work with and I feel like he didn't "sell" me the truck but rather assisted me in purchasing the truck. In a few years when my wife will be looking for an Explorer we will definitely be checking the inventory at SF Ford. One thing that was really nice was allowing us to have an overnight test drive of the truck. With 2 little kids at home, it was hard for my wife and I to both drive the vehicle at the same time so by allowing us an overnight test drive we were each able to drive the truck and make the best possible decision for our family.

    I have had my Ford F-150 in for maintenance at your dealership twice. Both times my wife dropped the truck off because she works in town. She has had nothing but good things to say about your entire staff. The technicians have always… called and kept her informed on what needed to be done or what had been done. Your staff has given her rides to her office and back to the dealership and she has always commented on how polite your drivers were. I have not been disappointed with the work performed and have told many of my friends what great service you provide. Thank you for all that you do!

    I was not happy to be charged $108 dollars to diagagnos that my door keypad needed to be replaced when I knew that from being in the shop previously and that info should have been in my records I had asked for a quote to fix the key pad.… There was also a $50 shop fee on top of my bill I was not told about. So I was very surprised about the additional $158 dollars I was charged. I wish your shop would have been upfront on all charges prior to working on my vehicle.

    The staff was very courteous and helpful. My 2015 Lincoln MKC was in the shop for a tire repair. Nice people made me feel appreciated as a customer; and the tire is holding air!

    Lyles the services advisor was great. Drove in & he had the mechanic took a ride with me to find out the problem. He told me it was the convertors. Went back to ford. Lyles ordered the convertors. When the convertors arrived. Lyle set up… an appointment to bring in my SUV to get the convertors insalled. Every one at Sioux Falls Ford was wonderful.
