We were pleased to work with Laura Schwindler who did an excellent job of finding the perfect pre-owned car for us. The management went above & beyond by… fixing the factory recalls, even though I had signed off on them and gave me a loaner while they did. Well done everyone!Sales

There was no pushing for you to buy a vehicle that day.… It was laid back and a nice change for once. I highly recommend Daniel and Crown Dodge to any one looking to get a new vehicle!Magnum

The only complaint I have was the fact my car was there for 2 1/2 days, and the recall… on my airbags wasnt done, that should have been done automatically. The service writer, Jeff Honeycutt was very courteous, he made the inconvenience of not having my car a little easier to deal with.Warranty work

by Vetera4Life on 11/28/2017I recently purchased a vehicle from the dealership and in almost 40 years of purchasing vehicles it was the worst experience I have encountered with a Salesman, Sales Manager, and General Sales Manager. Their focus was about anything to… get the sale and afterwards a total failure on the Customer Service in regards to my concerns about the service I received after being contacted by them and their corporate office initially. My e-mails were not answered nor my voice mail messages. The Sales Manager made an appointment with me that he failed to keep and did not make a courteous effort to reschedule or even apologize about. Finally, after being ignored by the dealership for several weeks I sent another e-mail to their corporate office in regards of how to contact them and that e-mail was never responded to. As a 100% disabled veteran and USAA long term member using their program affiliation with Crown of Chattanooga I was both offended and hurt by the treatment by the dealerships salesman and managers.Vetera4Life We have the utmost respect, admiration and appreciation for any veteran, so thank you for your service and sacrifice. Many of our employees are veterans and we also appreciate them greatly, as we do all of our employees and customers. As far as your review is concerned, it doesnt describe or resemble any interaction our customers have had with us. Also, we cannot determine who you are since the review is anonymous, and we cannot recollect a situation like this. We also dont have a General Sales Manager. I would greatly appreciated it if I could meet with you or spend some time by phone to understand what happened and try to resolve your concerns, if in fact this happened at our dealership. Excellent Service and listening to the customer are the two things that this dealership is great at. I was not… planning on buying a new truck when I went to the dealership. I did not think they would give me the money I wanted for my trade and they did. I did not think they would take my final offer on the new truck and they did. Manager gave my son and I wonderful dodge hats. Overall a great experience.… I will be back for more work and to purchase a wide body hellcat in the future. Will and have recommend to friends. Have recommended dealership to friends in market for a charger. A wonderful change from dealerships I have been to in the past.
