Over the past few months I have been in to the dealership service department, in reference to… various issues with my vehicle, which I purchased from Crown. Several times whether Judith had been assigned as my advisor or not, she has gone above and beyond to help resolve the issues I have had. Judith is knowledgeable, very personable, professional and consistently willing to go the extra mile to make things right. This is true, genuine customer service. Crown should be thankful for the dedicated employee they have in Judith. She is an asset for dealership and service department. Judith should be recognized for a job well done! Chris Schrader Made the sales experience over my expectations. The sale was easy… and quick. After a short test drive I explained my price point, he shared the dealers out the door price with taxes and we came to an agreement in less than 10 minuets. He even kept the challenger clean for a week until I could come back to pick it up. This dealership team made driving from Georgia to Tennessee way worth it.Great Sales Person

He was a great person to be around, no high pressure sales, no looking down at us because we weren't… there to buy the most expensive vehicle. He is a good, down to earth guy. He took the time to show us want we wanted to look at that day, fully answering all… our questions without being pushy. He didn't get a sale that day, but made a positive impression on us. He followed up consistantly through email and text. Becuase of his professionalism we followed up with him yesterday at Crown Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Chattanooga to buy a Jeep. Again he took the time, over 2 hours, to look at what we wanted, without being impatient. We selected our car and he worked well with us as an advocate in negotiating a fair price for what we wanted to purchase. Buying a car at Crown was a positive and enjoyable experience. We were always upfront that we were not ready to buy but were narrowing down our choice. Reginald Harris was understanding,… let us drive a Jeep Grand Cherokee and answered all our questions. We visited other dealerships but his customer service brought us back. We specifically asked for him on our return and would not have made a purchase from anyone else. The purchase process was smooth and Reggie took care of our trade in too. I really was planning to sell my car myself, but I received a fair price without the hassle of having to meet people etc. I think you earn an aeronautical degree learning how to use all the features of our new Jeep, and Reggie was an excellent instructor.
