Called me Stupid

When I told my salesman that it was stupid that they don't have prices on their cars, he literally called me stupid for not wearing a name tag. He said he… was trying to "lighten the mood". Well I DID NOT buy a car from them and I WILL NEVER go back. I have told everyone I know about this, because that is just ridiculous. I have never been treated so poorly by someone who makes commission. He also spent a good 10 minutes trying to filter a search ON THEIR WEBSITE which had 3 result. INCOMPETENT. That is the only word to describe this dealership.Doug C. and Crown of Chattanooga

My wife and I inevitably found ourselves visiting Crown so that we could get a better feel for the vehicle that we were interested in (2014 Chrysler Town… & Country). I honestly felt that this was just research and that we most likely would not be buying a new vehicle at this point. Upon arriving, we were greeted by Doug C. At no point did I feel that he was anything but incredibly helpful and he was by no means overly aggressive which I feel is typically the most uncomfortable part of the car buying process. As someone who has bought many cars and dealt with many dealerships, Doug was by far my favorite salesperson. Throughout the process, I felt that Doug was incredibly helpful, informative as he could be, more available than I could have hoped (the process took 1 week and we communicated frequently), and overall this was the first time that I felt like I had an advocate that was interested in my family's well-being. I would recommend Doug to anyone and everyone who is interested in buying a vehicle from a dealership. The entire staff at Crown exceeded my expectations and I'm so glad that I chose to visit Crown originally. Thank you!!We are thrilled that your family is enjoying their new Town & Country. BUYER BEWARE DO NOT TUST THESE SALESMEN

After doing some haggling Steve told me he would call me back and give me an "out the door price". He did call back and gave me a quote of $16,200 for the… jeep. I ask if he woukd sell us the Jeep for that price, Steve said "yes come and get it". So, I got my granddaughter and off we went. We live about 125 miles away that is why I did a phone call first. Once we got there Steve's numbers changed. He would iot give the internet price and he started jockying us around. I told my granddaughter lets go and so we did. If you buy from these people you need to think about looking around to other dealers before you sighn anything. We went to the other Crown in Cleveland (I remember it as Kile dodge)and got a really good deal on a Jeep. oil change

A very nice gentleman named Willie Beard told me it was ok, they would go ahead and honor the coupon so I would not have to go… home and get it. Willie also said it was time for my tire rotation and he threw that in for free. They took my car back right away and got started on it with no waiting. This is my lucky day or the service here is exceptional! I would recommend Chrysler, jeep, dodge to anyone who needs service done on there vehicle. And the prices are cheaper than most places around town. I will always come back here. thank you, Willie Beard, your great service man.Thank you for sharing your positive experience! My experience getting my awesome truck
by Powerwagen2012 on 11/20/2013updated 04/28/2025My experience at Crown Chrysler was excellent ....I want in to have service on my 2011 dodge ram and while I was waiting I walked around the lot looking at new truck with no expectation on buying a new one I like it because unlike most… dealerships I did not feel harassed by sales people so I actually got to look at what I wanted . I found my dream truck ant sure if I could get it I wanted to check it out any ways so I found a sales men and asked him for details he want and got another sales men to take me for a test drive and I already knew that truck was mine.... My Samuel M. was awesome he didn't pressure me and he made me feel like a friend instead of a customer . Samuel did every thing to take care of me a lot of bargaining to get the price right and in the time I had available. Needless to say I am 100% satisfied I have bought many vehicles before and I have never had customer service like this any where . Not at all what I was hoping or read about in other reviews

I did not feel at all like they did. From my first phone call (Genie C.) I felt as though my business was… not needed. I had to call back to get information two days later. I spoke with the GM and agreed to come in? I know it was late when we got there to test drive the Durango but the payments that were quoted to me were triple of what I calculated (I managed a bank). No attempts were even made to negotiate with me. No follow up phone call ever made as promised. I was very disappointed as was my father. I think another dealership will be a better fit. Shame because I really loved the Durango .Great Vehicles, Better People

No employer should allow a sales manager to get in a customers face and be as rude as he was.
