2025 Honda Pilot Touring

This last purchase was my best experience to date.… They (Economy Honda) really do value their customers, and especially repeat customers. Not to mention that all five Honda vehicles I have owned have been very reliable/issue-free vehicles. It was pouring down rain unfortunately the day I went but Catrelle Henderson met me getting out of my car with an umbrella. I explained what… I was looking for and wanted to drive, we drove I wasn't very happy with the modifications that had been made to the car I was unaware of so he let me know about another car that was the same model available. I test drove, he answered all of my questions, brought out the car fax report and explained and I drove it home that day. Not only was his customer service and knowledge amazing, but the financing as well. The driverside lock cylinder and another piece was damaged. Everyone I spoke to, from the parts guys to Ketwun, were very helpful in setting… up what parts needed to be ordered and setting up my appointment time. I discovered another piece damaged, great. I didn’t know how to describe the piece so I went to Economy Honda. I told the service writer all the details, he took the time to study a schematic, and put in an order for an additional part. His name..., Mr Denny Elder, Service Manager! His accountability is beyond the words that… can be typed and professionalism is rare. Easiest Car purchase ever!

Fred Newton our salesman and Alex in the finance office were a great team.. Sunshine with the e-sales team was so patient to start the process.
