Still waiting on my tag two months later
by Amanda12 on 07/24/2024After I signed, I was pretty much left without any information on the car or CarPlay and was told to update my brand new iPhone in order for CarPlay to work. I figured it out myself. Very poor service when I called about my tag was told… they are backed up and short staffed.Amanda, we are sorry you had this issue.
