We were desperately looking for a car for my daughter since a tree fell on hers from a storm. Our salesman, Lawton Willingham, took the time to show us several cars and answered all of our questions. He understood what we were looking for… and found her the perfect car.

With Michael’s help, I found what I wanted, was shown available options, and was then sent to the finance guy to complete the sale and get the keys. by Matt on 06/19/2023My Ford F150 started making a mechanical noise to the extent that I didn't feel comfortable driving it for fear of unknown damage that could occur. So, I immediately drove it to the dealership and dropped it off, explained the noise and… asked for it to be investigated. One full business day, no call with a timeline, nothing... and then another. And then another. After 3 days I called asked for an update, "we're working it in, there's one car ahead of it and then we should get to it." Then another two days and it's the weekend. No follow up. So, on Monday morning we called and the response was, "it was a drop-off and we work in appointments in front of it, so now there are 15 cars ahead of yours, it might be a week, maybe two before we get to it." So, we pulled the car and are taking it to another shop, never to return to this one. Poor communication, poor service. It would have been nice to have to been contacted with ANY information and one would have thought that dropping the car off could have qualified as attempting to schedule an appointment. If not, that could have easily been explained at the time of drop off. But, to be made to feel as though an inconvenience for trying to have your vehicle looked at by certified mechanics is not the customer experience we're looking for. We will not bring any of our vehicles back, nor look for a new car here. If there was a "zero star" I would give it.Mountain View Lincoln

Through out the whole process I was kept up to date on the status of my car. My salesman Chris was… excellent, always there with the answers to my questions and concerns.
