    I truly enjoyed having Doug Looper as my salesman. He wasn’t pushy and was easy to talk to and answer questions. It was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had and this was my 4th go around. I will definitely be sending people to Carlen but only to Doug. No knock to anyone else I just feel like Doug was exemplary. Thank you, thank you, thank you Doug for helping me. Missy was kind as well.

  • Avoid Carlen Service Dept

    I trusted Carlen Chevrolet with my daughter's car, as I work out of town and wanted the vehicle repaired quickly and professionally. Instead, vehicle was returned to us after a week smelling strongly of sweat and fast food from the "test drives" which were more likely McDonalds runs(based on the trash left in the car). We had to call for updates despite repeated broken promises to call us. No estimates were given despite numerous requests. Check engine light came back on, throwing the same code, the very next day. Based on other reviews, this appears to be a regular occurrence.
