First experience not great and updating review

When I returned to pick up my Range Rover after its inspection, the original salesperson was busy, but Autumn immediately stepped in to assist. She recognized me from my previous visit and was not only incredibly professional but also genuinely kind and attentive. She took the extra time to ensure everything was handled correctly, providing the reassurance I needed in a situation where I had previously felt unheard and dismissed. Her no-nonsense approach, combined with her friendly demeanor, made a difficult experience so much easier. She even went the extra mile to fix my temporary tag, which had been poorly placed by the previous salesperson, ensuring it looked clean and professional. In just 10 minutes, she completely changed my perception of the dealership. The experience with our sales agent (Autumn) was the best of any I have dealt with in my many years of car shopping. She was very personable, professional, very knowledgeable… about all MB products. She worked hard and found us exactly what we were looking for. That car was perfect. We had looked at the BMW X5 earlier but the MB was the right fit for us. My lease was coming up and the Internet service manager Kirt had emailed me a couple times with some special offers this month, but I hadn’t gotten a chance to get back to him. I was… so busy with work I didn’t even realize it was the end of the month. Well, he gave me a call today to make sure I wouldn’t miss out on my incentives. The deal was so good. I just couldn’t pass it up. Jared, the sales manager and my sales associate Hasan went above and beyond for me. This was by far the smoothest and easiest deal I’ve ever done. Derick assisted with the finance paperwork. He was so fast and efficient and answered any questions I had. This is my second lease with Mercedes-Benz of Nashville, and I will never go anywhere else.
