I can't say enough about this dealership. As I proud member of the senior citizen club I have been buying cars for over half a century and I can honestly say I could not have been more pleased with the process. From may first contact they… were very transparent, very fair and extremely accommodating. I completed my purchase online as I was from out of state. When was the last time you felt comfortable making this large of a purchase sight unseen. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone.

This was the only exception as all of the staff, Rick and Mike are always… honest with price quotes, work which needs to be completed and what does not need to be done and quality guarentees. I highly recommend all of the staff and service personel here and my wife and I actually drive past another Ford dealership to come to Lenoir City Ford!! Dealer did not have exactly the combination we wanted, but had a fairly similar car on the lot. Their business model should be the norm for all car… dealers: "We don't have exactly what you want. Take this very similar car home with you and drive it for a day. If you like it, we'll order exactly what you want." We liked it, they wrote up an order for exactly what we wanted, priced at invoice. No pressure, no numbers games, no wasting my time. Same when we picked it up: no muss, no fuss, no bother. Even the trade-in was simple and drama-free. Out of dozens of cars I've bought, this is by far the easiest and most painless car purchase I've ever made. Great car, very reasonable price (actually below what I had anticipated), no drama, no wasting of my time: can't ask for more than that.
