  • Great customer service by Blake!

5 out of 5 starsby 1 Big Disney Fan on 10/10/2023

I scheduled my routine Murano service with Blake ... very friendly & helpful over the phone. He was the same in person, very personable, friendly and explained all the service activities before and after completion. Service was quick & professional. Would definitely recommend Nissan of Rivergate and particularly, dealing with Blake!

  • Ted Williams - General Manager

    5 out of 5 starsby Jenny51 on 03/02/2015

Ted Williams and our salesman, Jeff were great. They worked with our daughter to get her the best deal she could. Made her comfortable with decision and very professional. I would recommend Nissan of Rivergate to all our friends.
  • My Experience

5 out of 5 starsby cathyalvy on 09/21/2010

I've been thinking about getting a new car for myself for a while. I visited a Nissan store closest to my house, but did not really like the people, the salesman were always staring at me, pressuring me without even saying a word five hundred feet away, so I decided to look for cars the modern way, via internet and I am glad I did. I found the best price for a Rogue and although it was pretty far from home it was worth the trip! My husband and I were greeted by a very kind gentleman, Dewayne Brock who only seemed interested in what I wanted. My husband enjoyed the test drive and I got the car I wanted for the price I wanted. This place gets a five star for the good experience and pleasant vibes from the people. I will be coming back in a few months when my husbands lease expires. Cathleen Alvarez
  • People Who Care

5 out of 5 starsby jtaladega on 09/19/2010

This was not only the best car buying experience I've yet to experience but it was also a sense of hope for me. I was in stationed in Iraq when I began inquiring about the car when I reached Justin Andrelski. He helped me with pricing although I wasn't due back in the states for a few months. Other dealers told me to contact them when I returned, if they even responded. This gentleman went out of his way to ship me a poster of my new Z for motivation and a brochure for my informational questions. The minute I returned he picked me up from the airport so I could purchase that car that helped me through some of the rough times. He will forever be in my memory for this experience. My mother and sister have also purchased from him and I will send many many more. If you are thinking of going elsewhere, you'd be making a HUGE mistake! Go to a place where you are as important as the family they go home to. Thanks Nissan of Rivergate and Thanks Justin. God BLESS
  • Poor service

    1.7 out of 5 starsby gwrit59 on 07/31/2009

I am totally upset about the way my wife and daughter were treated when they took my daughters 2007 nissin sentra in for a problem on the front end. It was less than 30K miles on the car and I have been doing the maintenance on it since she bought it. I wasa certified ASE mechanic in the late 70's and early 80's so I know what I am doing performing all that is needed to her vehicle. My daughter first brought the car o be serviced because while on a trip of less than 200 miles round trip her warning light on her left tire came on and smoke was seen coming from that side of the car. The had the car for 3 days and said they could not duplicate the problem so they gave it back without resolving the issue. Now fast forward a year. I noticed after rotating the tires that theyw ere wearing quickly on the outside of the tiresindicating a problem with the camber. We finally decided to bring the car back because of this issue and because it had gone through an 80K mile radial bridgestone turanza. The service mechanic said he took the car out and drove it for about an hr trying to find the problem. He told them also that he would not be able to find the *noise* she complained about unless she bought two new tires because the worn tires were making a noise that wouid mask any other noises. Needless to say we did not buy two new tires but took it to another repeair shop to have it repaired. The owner told us he saw the abnormal wear and put it on the alignment machine. The front end alignment was way off. We then bought two new tires;which we should not have had to, and performed a front end alignment. This service cost us over $200. I am very upset about this because I just called trying to resolve the issue by tlaking with the service manager in the phone > after I told him that I performed the maintenance on the vehicle and enetered all of the information into the book provided. It was then that he told me that a person can put anything in there that they want to. Basically calling me a liar. I am very particular about our cars and have been performing the maintenance on all of our cars since we have had cars, so I took this very personally. I will be calling the BBB and alos looking into taking them to court. This outrageous. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THEM FOR SERVICE OF ANY KIND!!!!
  • Only So-So

    2.3 out of 5 starsby jchan2 on 06/07/2009

I've had my 2008 Altima serviced there multiple times (for the 3750, 7500, 11250, and 15K services) and overall, I found the experience to be only average. I was never notified when my car was ready- I had to peek out the window and attempt to spot my car or repeatedly ask the cashier if she had my keys ready for me- this is simply unacceptable. Additionally, the dealership, in a bid to cut costs, removed the free coffee and water on my two most recent visits from the waiting room, instead installing a vending machine. All the free newspapers and magazines typical of waiting rooms are also gone. The prices aren't terribly competitive either- $37 after taxes for an oil change, and just a hair over $200 for the $15K service, which while not high, are also not rock bottom given the lack of amenities and customer service. Finally, the dealership makes you make an appointment, something I never encounter at the local Honda dealer, and the customer service is non-existent.
  • They Didn't Listen to Me

    3 out of 5 starsby scope22660 on 12/22/2008

Went to look at the Rogue: it was the first of several SUVs I was looking at, and the first words out of my mouth were "This is the first place I've been, I'm not going to buy today, period." After they let me drive it around the block (such a test drive!) they took me inside and proceeded to try and sell me, including bringing in the manager to turn up the heat a bit further. What part of "NOT BUYING TODAY" did they not understand? Too aggressive, not attentive, I did not and will not return.
  • Excellent

    4.8 out of 5 starsby jchan2 on 01/16/2008

Purchase experience was pretty good- negotiation was a little heated, but once the price was agreed upon everything else was extremely smooth. Sales person (Clint Wright) was extremely attentive and answered all of my questions- even the questions with "common sense" answers. (i.e. "Does this car have side curtain airbags?") They had the exact 08 Altima I wanted in stock, and they never attempted to push extra add ons (paint protectants, unwanted accessories, extended warranties) that I saw at the two Honda dealers I visited. Overall, an pleasant experience and I'm pretty satisfied with the new car.

I was very impressed with this dealership. I had contacted them prior to showing up so I arrived with a general quote in hand. I was met by a very nice salesperson who when I showed him the quote and told him what color etc. I was looking for, he took me right to the car and the entire process was fast and simple.

I got there at 7:30am on Saturday. Ok, they don't open til 8, my fault for not checking. I had a oilchange appointment for 8:30, but thought I could get in early. They were busy, but I was out by 8:30,so that wasn't too bad. The waiting area was clean and the coffe was ok.

I went in last weekend and it was busy. They got my work done but I need some other services done. Its to much money so I can do it a little at a time. They showed me what can wait and what should be done now. I dont feel ripped off and it was good to know I dont have to pay so much money all out a once. If you get one of there cards they put points on it like a rewards card. Great job!
  • New Car Sales Rivergate

Dealership lost a $30k car sales over $100. Overlooked something off quote and would not honor adding to car or deducting $100 for my time driving all the way there to sign paperwork.
