Better than the rest

The friendly and knowledgeable staff at Rusty Wallace Toyota in Morristown work tirelessly to make that process as near enjoyable as is humanly possible. This is… the second vehicle I have purchased at this dealership. I can truthfully attest to the quality of the Toyota vehicles in general, and mine in particular. All the staff are excellent, but I would like to give recognition to my salesman, Mr. Troy Cockrell. He worked tirelessly for three days to a satisfy my requirements for a particular vehicle. With such a quality product, and such a devoted staff, I can confidently predict continued huge success for this dealership. Thanks to each of you.The BEST in East Tennessee

We bought our first new truck from them in 97 and it was such a pleasure doing business with them, it was quick, courteous and… easy. Since our first truck from them we've also purchased use vehicles from them including one Toyota 4runner and one Chevy Avalanche Z71, neither of which had any trouble! Both ran well for years until we traded for something else due to our growing family. When we brought our children with us they even went out of their way to accomodate them! They even introduced themselves to my children! I really liked the fact that they acknowledged my kids instead of ignoring them like most dealerships that I have been to have. My kids actually liked all of the staff there! The salesman that we've delt with has always been very low key, no pressure, no rush and he didn't follow us around the lot. I have never seen a bunch of salesmen standing around outside like you sometimes see at other dealerships...waiting to call dibs on the next potential customer. You know, the ones that seem like vultures waiting for their next meal! The finance department has always been kind, going through great lengths to explain what I didn't understand. This was a big plus when we were purchasing our first new truck as a married couple! I was nervous about all the fine print, worried we might be getting the wool pulled over our eyes. After the finance manager kindly answered my questions I felt much more at ease and confident in our purchase. We will most certainly continue to be customers! Thank you!Excellent Sells Transaction!!
