    I brought my car in for an oil change and told them there was a rattle at low RPMs. They got me oil changed and took the time to test drive until they found the rattle and repaired that as well!

    Service department really did an excellent job of getting to the heart of the problem with the gas gauge/tank issue on the 2013 Rogue. They were very friendly and admit about bringing the car back if the issue reappeared.

    I initially made contact with the dealership online. I was immediately contacted by Stuart F. He took care of everything, start to finish, for me. I told him what I needed, my budget and he found the most awesome car for me. Stuart greatly… exceeded my expectations! Also, the finance director, Saxon R. was friendly and very fast processing the paper work! I have never had such a wonderful car buying experience.     I like the honesty of the staff...as a woman it can be very intimidating to go for any service on your car in fear of being taken advantage of...I was prepared to buy 4 new tires only to be told by your staff that my tires were fine and… could go a few more months...a shady business would have taken my money without telling me I didn't need it...I have always felt very comfortable using this location and after that I will continue to utilize the services of this location

  • Unknowingly Bought water damaged car

    After a lengthy battle over what "out the door price" means I finally bought my daughters first car for what I thought to be a good price. After replacing the cabin air filter yesterday. I found that the insulation under the carpet looked… damage also that the carpet had staples in it. Water damage came to mind so I looked under the seats and found that the rails and brackets had rust on them also found rust behind the lower dash area. Called my insurance company and advised of the issue. Agent did a check and found that the car had a claim in 2012 for water damage. Called Downtown Nashville Nissan and advised them of the issue. They advertise that each vehicle is thoroughly inspected. I found this water damage easily and I'm not a professional. The reply from Robert at the dealership was that nothing could be done since I bought the car in Jan 2014. Placed a BBB complaint on this. Hope that the GM or Ownership can make this right.

    We purchased our first new Nissan in 25 years. Glenda and Natasha made the transaction far from being an ordeal. They made us feel at ease through the whole period we were at the dealership answering all questions at the time we asked them.… The showroom and service areas were immaculate! There were so many choices in the Frontier that I actually changed my mind a bit on the color although I had researched the available choices on the internet. But when Natasha brought me the Lava Red I was hooked. I had planned on a 2013 Glacier White but changed my choice to a beautiful Lava Red 2014 Frontier.

    Dealership nice and clean, personell friendly and courteous, agent tried to give good deal, BUT beware o finance dept. They charge $699.00 just to do your paper work. Also GAP plan more expensive than other places. All these… charges add to price amt your are financing.
