  • DONT DO IT

1 out of 5 starsby Tev Will on 03/29/2025

I inquired about purchasing a vehicle from this dealership after seeing a Facebook post stating that the vehicle had 29k miles on it. I spoke to Juan Gomez who made the post which was the salesman I conducted my traction with. I drove over… 3 hours to trade in my vehicle for the posted vehicle only to get there and notice the vehicle had 49k on it which is 20k more than advertised. After a heated conversation I went ahead with the purchase and although I went ahead with the purchase the post service experience continued to be just as bad. Juan told me he was going to get the vehicle cleaned and filled up with gas. We finished a little around 8pm that day and before leaving I noticed that he only put the vehicle on half a tank. I called him immediately but it went to voicemail so I sent him a text. He responds through text the next morning and says his boss only gave him $30 for gas. I also noticed that the tools that come standard with jeeps to remove the doors and roof were missing and asked him about sending it to me. He notified me that his boss said it doesn’t come with the jeep and if it’s not in there there is nothing that they can do. Overall this experience was the worst experience I’ve encountered at any dealership I have visited. The salesman is a direct reflection of this dealership’s professionalism and I highly suggest avoiding this dealership.

Went to look at a Frontier Pro X 4x4. It was marked down to 37500. Has been on dealers lot for 177 days. The first number on paperwork was 39500. I was told the online price includes incentives that not everyone qualifies for…. My salesman… failed to tell me that when I called and asked about other/extra charges….
  • Worst dealership ever!

Worst dealership ever! Spoke to the salesman online 2 weeks prior for a car that I seen. I drove an hour to this location twice just for him to tell me that they don’t have the car that I wanted and that they couldn’t sale a car to me… period. This is my first and last yet worst experience with Nissan and I will not be shopping with you guys ever! I will give this rating a 0 if I could. Highly do NOT recommend!
  • AVOID AVOID AVOID

Worst car buying experience of my life. Bought a 2020 Ford F-250 off their lot on February 12th. Less than 2 weeks later and about 400 miles the truck is sitting at the ford dealership with about $7k worth of parts and damages that need to… be replaced. To start the fuel pump is bad on it. You can hear the fuel pump making noises. The whole front end needs to be replaced as axles seals are leaking, ball joints are bad, tie rod and drag link need to be replaced as well as the steering stabilizer. Also the transmission gasket seal is leaking. This dealership takes no accountability for their actions and lets vehicles with safety concerns drive off their lot. Steve the sales manager takes no accountability nor does he care about customer service. He claims they checked the vehicle yet all these problems are going on with the truck. Avoid this dealership at all cost unless you want to spend another $7k out of pocket to fix the vehicle you buy from them.
  • Go here if you want to be ripped off

I’ll make it simple for you. Avoid this dealership if you still want a functioning vehicle! Just because it has the title Nissan doesn’t mean that they should be affiliated with such a well established brand. You will not get qualified… technicians or service reps to support you. Every time you call to check on your vehicle, they won’t know what’s going on and will have to talk to the technician and days later barely give you an update. You won’t get documentation to support anything done. And the fixing of one problem, may sound simple, will continue to add thousands of dollars because they will mess up your entire computer system. Don’t expect ownership of their action. And the first inkling of a battery light, I took my car in, and they told me it was the alternator, no questions asked I paid to replace an alternator. Two weeks later I pick up my car right before they close drive it less than 15 miles home Then try to go back out and my car went into limp mode. At this point I realize the computer was fully reset and noticed a problem from the alternator installation. But the dealership was close for Sunday, so I had to get a tow truck to bring it back on Monday. They search for three weeks for ground faults, bad wires, but never could tell me what faults were on the system. But every time they drove the car, after a certain amount of more miles, it went back to limp mode or refused to start. On week 4 they finally told me my CPU was dead, and that they could not get any information off of it. And because my vehicle was older, they had no responsibility for the failure. Trust me, I have learned the hard way.
  • TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

DO NOT GO HERE! They snuck over 2k worth of fees into my agreed upon "out the door" pricing into my financed vehicle. I am attempting to return the vehicle 1 business day later because it is not a good fit for my family and they are… refusing to assist AT ALL! This wont allow for ZERO stars so 1 star to allow for this posting only

We dreaded purchasing a new car. Nissan of Alvin made it an enjoyable experience. The sales team and finance department treated us like family. We will go here from now on.
