    I had the best car buying experience! I talked to Abbi on the phone about what I was looking for and she gave me information about the different Camry packages. As I had more questions she would answer them. She referred me to Ed Hernandez and when they had a new Camry arrive, that I was looking for, I was notified that day. I made the 87 mile drive there and Ed was waiting for me and showed me and told me all about the car. He was very knowledgeable. They looked at my trade and made me an offer and had a couple of back and forth. I was then introduced to Henry and he helped me decide what I needed and finalized my purchase. I have bought many vehicles over the years but never as smooth as this was. They all worked together well. While I was making the purchase Ed was having my car washed and gassed up. He helped me set up the Toyota app on my phone before I left. Great job team! Keep up the good work!

    The experience was good. I just moved here from Oregon and when you go to the dealership in Oregon they let you sit in your car while the service is being performed so you can see everything that goes on.

    Came in for my 25,000 mile service for my 22 Tundra and My service rep Tony was awesome! He really went out of his way to talk about recommendations and and explain the service I was getting for my truck. Been coming to this department for awhile and always had good service but Tony by far is one of the best!

    After three years of leasing with Autonation South Toyota.. I can say without a doubt that there service center is the worst I've ever dealt with over 16 years of driving vehicles. Even comparing the level of care/respect I get from that location to what my family deals with Mazda, Chevrolet.. Ford. None of them are as barebones and scant as this location in terms of care. I LOVED toyota before I leased a tacoma, I still love the truck but I CAN'T STAND TOYOTA. They do not give a crap about customers whatsoever. Period. Full stop. FIND ANOTHER DEALER.

    All service functions available. All seem satisfactory except for 4 wheel alignment. They suggested a wheel alignment and it cost me a fortune and a lot of time getting all 4 wheels back into alignment by a reputable local car repair company.

  • Slow

    A simple oil and lube should only take 30 minutes. EVERY time I've been there it takes at least 3 hours. I always make my appointments for the first couple of time slots right when they open. What is the point of making an appointment for a 30 minute job if it is going to take at least 3 hours?

  • WORST SERVICE DEPARTMENT EVER

    I couldn’t be more unhappy with how I was treated by this service department. When I called to schedule a warranty replacement I was told that my truck would be ready in 2 days tops. When I drop off the truck I am told it will actually be ready in 5 days. When I call on the 5th day my advisor refuses to talk with me and has someone else give me the message that it won’t be ready until DAY 7! I told them this wouldn’t work and that I have been out of a car for close to a week now and I need a rental or something, so the lady promises me that my advisor will call me back shortly. Day 7 rolls around and I call again only to be put on hold for 30 minutes before ending the call. I then left a message for the manager. Soon after, my advisor calls me back apologizing and telling me that they LOST MY KEY but not to worry because I would be getting a rental soon. When I get the rental, I hop in and find it is dirty from the person that used it before me. I start driving away only to notice that it has an eighth of a tank of gas. I’m thankful for the rental so I go fill it up and go on my way. The next day I get a call that my truck is finally ready. When I show up to pick it up, it is caked in dirt from the week+ it has been sitting on the lot. Even though I dropped off my truck clean, they kept it for over a week, gave me a dirty rental with no gas, AND LOST MY KEY FOB it was too much for them to wash the truck for me. I then go and pay to get my truck washed only to find a 6 inch scratch on the drivers side of my truck. HOW COULD A SERVICE DEPARTMENT BE THIS BAD?!?! You may be thinking, “how could they make so many mistakes with just one customer?!” It is because this is THE ABSOLUTE WORST service department I have ever had the displeasure of working with. Please don’t waste your time here. They will only cause you to have more of a headache.

    I usually find independently owned places for service needs, and a friend recommended the dealership because of their past experiences locally. I was skeptical at first, my experience was rough in the past, and how pleasant lily surprised I was! Scheduled for next day service, Danny was waiting for me when I arrived at my scheduled time. He explained the next steps and where to wait, answered any questions and sent me to the customer lounge. The expected service time was quicker than quoted, and they stayed in communication with me as my appointment progressed. Found and air filter that needed to be replaced, and wasn’t pushy about upgrading services or talking to me like a child. I will 100% be returning for future needs, and will share my positive experience with anyone I can.
