Think twice
by Clay Prickett on 11/14/2023The vehicle I purchased only had one key fob. Salesman told me he would get me another one. Three weeks after purchase, vehicle is dead. I called in to ask about that, and reminded them of the other key fob. They said they would get me… the other key fob. The vehicle had to be towed in to a local dealership that is six weeks behind in diagnostics. Battery needs to be replaced. The battery has to be programmed and the keys have to be reprogrammed for the anti-theft system. I only had the one key and it takes two to reprogram. After calling and talking to the GM on Friday afternoon (about 2:45 CST), he was going to call the dealership to get an understanding of the reprogramming. The cost for all of it is $797.00. Had they not dropped the ball twice, and gotten me the second key fob like they said they would, the programming would be free. It is now 11:45 PM on Monday and I have yet to hear from the GM at Enterprise Car Sales of Austin TX. Customer Service from my very first interaction through document signing was amazing. Once I took possession of the vehicle, some of the worst I have ever seen. I will be paying to get my own vehicle out of the service department because Enterprise Car Sales of Austin TX does not know customer service after they make a sell and the dealerships service department does not need to be in the middle of their lack of customer service nor does my vehicle need to be taking space there, where another’s could be there.Bait and switch

I drove an hour to get there and was informed the vehicle was not there bc an employee had taken it home for the weekend. Sales person wanted to show… older, more expensive options. Beware bad business
by Rita White on 08/31/2023Bought a 2015 Nissan Rogue and paid $1,300 to get it shipped here. Supposedly once received they have their mechanic check it. NOT. First thing I noticed was missing antenna. No book in glove compartment. Not premium floor mats paid for and… pretty sure not Bose speakers. Most important issue is airbags show not working on dash so I have been driving my granddaughter around in a car with no airbags. Obviously their mechanic didn't look at automobile or he is extremely incompetent. So disappointed. Don't buy from Enterprise Used Cars for your own safetyHi Rita, thank you for your review. Still waiting for help and driving around with defective airbags. Enterprise employee was fired for stealing my floor mats according to Enterprise. They do not have their mechanic check over vehicle once they receive it or either their mechanic is incompetent. If I end up in accident the law firm where I worked for 12 years will go after this company. Check Better Business Bureau before buying. Buyers beware.
I responded to Laura Pettyjohn request on August 31st and again on September 5th. Of course I have not received any other response so they are giving me the run around. Enterprise financed the vehicle so they have my information. I paid the vehicle off in a little less than two years. They sold me a vehicle with defective airbags and do not stand behind their vehicles as shown by their lack of response.
2016 Ford Expedition - Purchase
by Houston on 09/13/2018Was searching for weeks to find the right car, right price, and right options; and they had the almost perfect one. Obviously was a rental, but looking at all the other cars in the similar age, mileage, and most importantly price, they… were all rental cars. Looked and test drove several at dealerships, but they just looked like rental cars - scratches, very worn leather seats for a 1 year old car, some even had missing letters (e.g., the Limited decal on the back was missing an I - "L MITED"). Found the same car here, looked, smelled and drove like new - plus it was $4K lower than at the dealerships for similar prior-rental cars. The team was great to work with, very responsive, held my car while I drove several hours to get there, proactively informed me the windshield had a spreading chip and replaced it for free, washed and detailed car, plus gave a full tank of gas! Shaina and Jimmy were great and a true asset to the company.Hello! Enterprise thanks you for the great review and business.
