I’ve dealt with many FM, and I always felt pushed into something. However, Chris was the exception. I told him exactly… what I needed and he was able to help me out. Dislike the “managers” are always unreachable! Dislike how no summary was… given to me, and when asked for ignored! This place has completely went down hill!Inconsistent Information
by Unhappy Customer on 12/30/2021I wasn’t able to come in to the dealership for my health reasons and safety of others there, so I called in yesterday to schedule my routine maintenance appointment. I spoke with ANTHONY who scheduled the appointment and took my notes that… I wasn’t going to be with my vehicle— I did let him know that I had finally received my $25 off digital coupon for use and wanted to apply it to the service. He informed me that I could just inform the service advisor to apply it to the final payment—which was done by Jose. Jose wasn't kind nor did he listen to me completely when I was trying to talk to him over the phone’ instead he informed my friend that he couldn’t help us because I was not present! I have COVID so I’m not going to come out and take chances of anyone getting sick…. I have tried calling to speak with Isaac who I keep being told he is in a meeting or he stepped out and it’s just unprofessional how no one wants to take responsibility for anything. I also didn’t receive a summary for the appointment like what’s going on here?! Talk about unhappy! 😓Top notch service!

It… will save me time and stress. He didnt have to do that.Friendly service

by CH1 on 12/28/2021I would have given 5 stars except for how things were handled when I went to pick up my vehicle on 12-23-21. I had the cashiers check but it took way too long to get things settled. I realize that with Ali out sick there would be inevitable… “bumps” in getting things done but the delays were much too long! Nobody could find the key, the vehicle wasn’t ready as promised (this requiring me to make another trip to come into tomorrow to get floor mats & paint dings addressed), very disorganized. When someone is out for whatever reason, there should be a backup plan to address the customers needs. Not everyone was “customer friendly “ (acknowledging customers) but the older gentleman (name?) went above & beyond & was very helpful . Tim was also a great helpThe Perfect Truck
