    I had a routine service performed this is the second time I had to drive back in ,the manager did top my gas off for the inconvenience however he didn't give me the free oil change he promised from the last routine Services I had done they lost my tire locks and my lug nuts fell off in my driveway he said my next 2 oil changes I wouldn't have to pay he did not keep his word

  • Incompetent and overpriced, with bad communication

    Honestly pretty much exactly what you should expect from “service” at a car dealership. They can’t do literally the simplest thing without charging an arm and a leg for something else. They will even actually claim they’ve not heard of the thing you’re asking for, and it’s a different (much more expensive) issue. Avoid at all costs, two thumbs down.

  • Could have been upfront the start

    They were so nice at first. Then when it came time to tell me what was wrong with my car, at first it was only a few things. Then on the day I was to pick up my car, they txt me not call me but txt me and tell me that they want another $700 to fix something that supposedly just came up in their "4point inspection". I guess they're inspection is not what they say it is if it didn't show up the first time, as soon as I left there I took it to another shop and got what they said needed to be fixed for half of what they said it would cost plus this place gave me a warranty.

    Everyone greeted me. Told me were a little behind but they got my car out in less time than said it would be ready. Didn’t realize that they tell you through text msg your car is ready. Also, tv was broken. Other than that all was good
