    Today I had a pretty good experience with Cedar Park Nissan service to replace engine coolant, the device adviser, Mr. Dylan Green was so knowledgeable and polite and the result of service vas excellent.

    Edwin Torres always provides excellent customer service. The mechanics who work on my Murano are the best. I have switched from finding the "cheapest" place to change the oil and have continued to use this Cedar Park Service Center because they have always been accurate with time, cost and expectations.

    Still waiting for documents on extended warranty. Reached out twice no response??? General manager and finance dept. also I was upfront about my car near new condition, they did not disclose scape on car I purchased .. also on delivery, car ran over some animal made it smell bad…

    Jimmy in the service dept was super helpful and accommodating when I came in yesterday for an oil change and asked if they could take a little closer inspection underneath after getting rear-ended in a minor accident a few days prior .. He assured me they’d take a good look structurally and check if any codes got popped in the ordeal. Everything checked out good and Jimmy even managed to get me in and out fairly quickly without an appointment. Good service and great people!

  • Disappointing service experience

    Had an 11:15 appt for which I was on time. Told that an oil change and tire balance rotation would take an hour and a half. This is too long for an appointment and is more reflective of walk-in service. It ended up taking more than two hours. I also believe I was slightly overcharged.
