General manager and finance dept. also I was upfront about my car near new condition, they did not disclose scape on car I purchased .. also on delivery,… car ran over some animal made it smell bad…We're excited to hear that our team took care of you and that everything went very smoothly. Top Notch Customer Service
by James Lewis on 06/15/2023Jimmy in the service dept was super helpful and accommodating when I came in yesterday for an oil change and asked if they could take a little closer inspection underneath after getting rear-ended in a minor accident a few days prior .. He… assured me they’d take a good look structurally and check if any codes got popped in the ordeal. Everything checked out good and Jimmy even managed to get me in and out fairly quickly without an appointment. Disappointing service experience
by Kurt0709 on 06/02/2023Had an 11:15 appt for which I was on time. Told that an oil change and tire balance rotation would take an hour and a half. This is too long for an appointment and is more reflective of walk-in service. It ended up taking more than two… hours. I also believe I was slightly overcharged.Thank you for your feedback about the time taken to service your vehicle because that should not have happened.
