    I came into Gullo Ford to have some work done on my vehicle and wanted to take the time to write a review about my experience. Going into a dealership is not always a pleasant experience because of the constant nagging from employees trying to sell you things. I always leave feeling overwhelmed and annoyed. I wanted to personally thank Logan Roberts for all of his help and knowledge he shared with me about my vehicle. He was 100% honest about everything and he did not sell me anything I didn't need. I felt no pressure about buying anything extra and I left with a lot more knowledge that I went in with. For a great experience with no pressure go see Logan! Thank you Logan for all of your hard work and dedication to not only your employer but to your customers at well.

    Joe Fletcher is a great salesman. This is our third vehicle purchased from Ford and we wouldn't buy anywhere else. No improvements needed! Joe is knowledgeable in all the questions I asked. That does make a very big difference when purchasing a vehicle. All at Gullo were very friendly and helpful. Makes a great pleasure purchasing a new vehicle. Thank You Very Much Gullo!!

    I just purchased a new 2015 F-150, Platinum, pickup truck. I love the truck and dealing with Gullo. They know me when I come in and they treat me the way everyone wants to be treated. This is my 4th vehicle from Gullo. Thanks Team. I will see you again.

    Sales Professional Mr. Froy Romero is indeed a Specialist in Selling Vehicles. He always provided great customer service and accurate information and always went the extra mile and did all he could to get me into my first pre-owned vehicle.     I have purchased many vehicles over the years and like many, dread the experience. But I can say that Gullo Ford in Conroe is by far the best experience I've had. The sales staff was courteous, knowledgeable and patient. The were no pressure tactics or overly aggressive up selling (you've got to expect some). Every effort was made to get the right vehicle for us. So if you are in the Houston area, this is the place to buy from.

    Easy purchase. Worked out the deal on the internet and with the internet sales dept in advance. Only thing to negotiate was the trade-in of my 10 year old F 150 bought from the same dealer. This was quickly handled. The only negative was dealing with the finance guy. To keep the deal made with internet sales I had to finance the entire purchase with Ford Motor Credit. Interest rate was OK but not as good as bank rates.

    I have purchased two vehicles from Gullo in the past 8yrs and always used Gullo for service during this time. I live in Conroe and try and keep my buisiness local if at all possible. I am always recieving flyers in the mail from Gullo wanting to purchase my vehicles back, so the other day while getting my oil changed at Gullo I decided to let them look at my vehicle and give me a cash price. Chris P. introduced himself and explained that he would inspect the vehicle and give me a price. I gave Chris a call later that evening and he explained to me that Gullo would buy the car for $10,000. I thought this was a fair price for the car and setup an appointment with Chris to come in and sale the car. The day of the appointment I called Gullo to speak with Chris to make sure everything was still good with the deal and the receptionist explained to me that Chris was not at work today! This is when I started having doubts, but I spoke with the manager David B. (who I personally bought my last vehicle from) and he assured me to come on in that everything was fine and Gullo would buy the vehicle for $10,000 just like Chris had explained to me prior. So I take off work that day and my wife juggles her work schedule to make the appointment to go to Gullo and we get there and David and his salesman offer me $7,000 for the car. Chris P. and David B. lied to me to get me to the dealership and try and lowball me on the price. I dont appreciate being lied to and the dishonest tactics Gullo tryed to pull with me!!!!! A complete waste of my time and I will never do any kind of buisness with Gullo again!!!! It is a shame that you cannot trust your hometown dealership

    I was looking for an economy car and did my best to do my homework before I arrived. I corresponded with Daryl N. on the internet and he was readily available when I got there. There was no pressure to buy anything just a reasonable explanation of the Ford Fiesta, the price options, and the payment. It was the best low keyed response to my inquiries that I have ever experienced in buying a car. Got what I wanted, got the price and financing that I could afford. Cars are too high and the high pressure tactics just make it worse. Nice to visit a place where the opposite is true. I will return when I'm in the market for another vehicle!

    Martin M. was patient with me and listened to what I was looking for. Although I didn't find a vehicle with everything I was looking for, it had 95% of it and I am very pleased with the outcome. The finance part was also easy.

    My mom brought me here and Im glad she did. I wouldn't change it for the world. I got my first car here and the experience was wonderful. Everyone had such great attitudes, the atmosphere was comfortable and everyone was right on top of everything.
